I was there as part of a bridal party of a wedding hosted at that hotel. The service was amazing and extremely thoughtful. They anticipated our needs before we even noticed we needed them. However, our rooms themselves were decent, but didn't necessarily warrant the giant price tag on them. Other than price, everything was great.
Stayed in the dock master suite. 1835 home just off the main property overlooking the marina. Very spacious with large sitting room and separate bedroom . Large jet tub and shower. very quite
We had a family brunch at the Tiara Dining Room. Ede was our server and her attention to detail was incredible. She noticed that our son did not take dessert from the buffet and we explained that his favourite dessert is ice cream. She brought him out a bowl of ice cream with m&m and totally made the day for him. The birthday girl was surprised with a special dessert platter with happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate. Tessie in the buffet room noted that our toddler was looking for pears to eat and gave him the whole one off the cheese display. It was a beautiful setting to celebrate a special occasion and the wonderful service made it even better.
Beautiful area. Staff are very polite and helpful. Excellent for events. Walking distance to shopping on the main street. Restaurant and bar are great.
Had a wonderful 2 night stay for our anniversary. we stayed in a ground floor suite which was decorated nicely with a comfortable King bed. The room was not as large as the photos shown on their site and a mini fridge would have been nice. We would definitely consider coming back.
We didn't stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent! I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Had the brownie with ice cream for dessert. Delicious! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Stopped by for the Friday pasta lunch special in the bar (no longer offered). Views over Lake Ontario were nice, if it had been warmer, we could have sat outside. Pasta dishes were okay, given the price and drinks on the expensive side. Friendly service.
Pretty nice place. Beautiful ambiance, architecture and furniture. Pool room is dated, but still enjoyable and clean. Helpful friendly staff. A little pricey for what you get, although we did have a chilled bottle of bubbly waiting for us in the room.
I visited Queen's Landing with my husband to celebrate my birthday. I was so happy with the room! It was spacious, nicely decorated/furnished and even had a gas fireplace! The location was also convenient. I'd highly recommend staying at the hotel if given the option!
The building is very nice. Everyone who works there are very nice. The food was really good but the portion was small. The building was also well kept.
Enjoyable and Relaxing - here for a conference and we booked out the facility. Meals were nicely done (hot service). Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very close to town. Beds were a bit soft. Turndown service with roses is a lovely touch.
Location was amazing. I love Niagara on the lake and it was in a beautiful area Was there for a wedding and the service was very good. Food was amazing and the waiters were very nice. Bar tender was very nice as well. Did an excellent job keeping up with the night and had a great attitude the whole time. Lighting wasn't the best. Made photos difficult and made the hall look cheap. They also booked too many events all together. They had to move the cocktail hour of the wedding I was at and it made for a big inconvenience. the reception room and bar area were not ready until the very last minute. All in all though had a great time there
We stayed at Queen's Landing to celebrate our anniversary. We started with a spa visit at The Pillar and Post, the facilities were absolutely incredible. Very clean and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We felt very welcome. We were impressed with the overall atmosphere at both hotels. The Queen's Landing was glamorous, it felt like we were transported back in time. We had a reservation for dinner, but decided to stop in the lounge for an afternoon snack and drink. The food was delicious, and we appreciate the courtesy from the staff. Dinner was scrumptious! Our service was amazing, we had Rose attending to us. When we told her it was our anniversary, she brought over flower petals and even surprised us with a special dessert. On our second day we used the spa facilities again, as well as the gym and pool. We were so satisfied with our visit. We were already planning our next trip before this one was over.
