It's cheap but you get what you pay for. The mold on the ceiling wasn't very appealing, and there's pretty much zero soundproofing in the place; you could hear a pin drop in the room next door or above. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the desk staff were nice. Unless I was cash-strapped, I'd probably spend a few extra dollars and stay at one of the nicer places nearby.

For the price on a Friday night it was a great deal. Room was clean enough and the staff were friendly. At first we were put beside the ice machine so we requested a room change and they had no problem doing that for us. Price included buffet breakfast at the Hilton which was delicious.

Had a great stay here, we were early and we were able to leave the car prior to checking into go on a wine tasting tour and then check in later that night. Very professional staff and room was also very clean. Beds could have been better but overall a good experience.

Decent budget hotel. Our room was clean but had a bit of a musty smell. The outdoor pool was closed for the season. Breakfast is probably the best part about this hotel - it's the buffet breakfast at the Hilton Fallsview which is normally $20.

Cheap rooms for the area. Included breakfast at the Hilton grand buffet was fantastic and well worth the visit. Rooms are ok, not the nicest but you get what you pay for. Parking was 24hr and cost $15. Close enough to walk down to the falls and Clifton Ave.

We stayed on September 14 @ room 319, we couldn’t sleep all night, initially we thought it was mosquito but in the morning and after checking the mattresses it was confirmed that the room was BED BUG infested, staff were ok in dealing with the situation, however when contacting the Days Inn we were informed that the hotel is independently owned and operated, we were referred to the owner, Mr. Gordon Smith, who never bothered to communicate with us and see how we were doing.
We had to get rid of all our stuff including luggage and clothes to avoid bringing the BedBug home.
Our stay was awful and we lost so much money in discarding our belonging and replace them, we are still paranoid and scared of bringing the bed bug home.

The hotel is a standard business hiker with all the basics, nothing fancy. The charge for parking irked me a bit. You will have a walk on your hands if you need to get to the falls. Bed sheets were clean and the room was tidy.

It's a good place to spend time. There are free breakfast in Hilton hotel just 5 mins walk. Can upgrade with 5$ extra and get a good view of Niagara Falls from 31st floor..

Decent budget hotel although it's more of a motel than hotel. They have a very nice outdoor pool that's kept nice and warm. Coffee in the reception. Free breakfast voucher for the Hilton. Easily within walking distance of all the attractions.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Falls. Rooms were decent. Ours didn't have a fridge and was a little dirty, but nothing terrible. Would stay again if in the area. Staff was great and very friendly.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and within walking distance to a number of restaurants and only a short walk to the Fallsview Casino. The complimentary breakfast at the Hilton Hotel is excellent. Once they get cable TV instead of the antenna system they are currently using they will be a budget friendly hotel that will be hard to beat location wise, price wise and otherwise. It is now our go to place at the Falls.

Awful experience. The clerk didn't bother to tell me that breakfast was included and all I had to do was walk across the street to the Hilton. So I wasted $60 on breakfast that morning. Then the parking cost $15 each night even though the hotel advertised free parking. I reserved the room for a family of 5 and even reminded the clerk I needed a rollaway bed for my daughter. It never did come. Then my room key was inexplicably deactivated and it took 20 minutes just to get that resolved. The shower had no hot water and shot water everywhere. The sink was massively stained. The hallways reak of weedtoo many problems to list everything.

Do you enjoy: being woken up early due to thin walls with zero sound insulation? Or getting your door knocked at by housekeeping way before checkout to see if you left? Or better yet, listening to the cleaning staff talk to each other at 830am (about non work related stuff with little concern of said thin walls)?
Stay elsewhere, especially if you sleep late and wish to wake up late. You hear literally everything. If you're a deep sleeper and wake up before 8, this place is a decent budget option.response / report this review -

The staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was an amazing value and walking distance to the falls! The room was a good size, nice, warm, clean and comfortable, had a choice of bath or shower. It was central to everything there was to offer. A wide variety of restaurants and the Casino within walking distance! Would definitely stay at Days Inn again.
