Had a great time. Front end staff was very nice :) Security guard was pleasant as well. Our tub faucet was broken and when I called someone was sent up immediately and he fixed it within seconds. Amazing experience.

For the price its not bad, we got a King Hot Tub room and thought it wasn't bad. The bed was clean but underneath we found dirty sheets and some petals from someone's romantic adventure. Good location from the falls.

I stayed at this hotel two times the first experience was okay. Staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Hotel and cleanliness was okay. The second time around I had a horrible night and morning, with loud noises, I could hear people screaming and swearing. Not the hotels fault but I thought the hotel would have done something for me considering it was such bad experience. Even a later check out? Atleast considering I didn't sleep and had a hard time getting up and out in time. I was a little disappointed at that. Otherwise an ok hotel overall. I probably won't try this hotel again.

Comfortable clean room. Pool was small but arcade was good for the kids. Not enough check in staff. I waited what felt like 10 min to get my room key and there was only one other person being helped during that time.

Great location. About 10 min walk to the fall. Close to a lot of restaurants. The hotel is very accommodating. They provided us with a crib and fridge upon requested. The room decor feels dated.

Booked online a king sized bed with city view. When we arrived we got two queen sized beds with view of parking lot. Not to mention we arrived at 12:30am and were told there is no other rooms to be put in. Not impressed at all would NEVER stay here again. Oh did I mention there was hair all over the bathroom floor. gross!!! Customer service wasn’t much better, if you see a big bald head guy stay away he won’t help. If I could rate this place a zero I would.

When we arrived and turned down the bed it was disgusting, there was foreign MATTER on the sheets, and we called the Manager at the front desk. It was the Jaccuzi tub room with a King bed not the cheapest room they had. There was no explanation on how this could have happened, and I suggested whomever allegedly cleaned the room should be have been terminated. We were offered another room with a slight upgrade (2 queen beds and larger jacuzzi) and we accepted it. They also sent up a bottle of red wine. If it was not so late we would have moved to another motel. The second room was clean and tidy, what you would expect in the first place.

It was so peaceful and comfortable. Got a good night sleep. Only thing was we had to pay an extra $10 for a fridge in our room. But the staff were very nice and met all our accommodations and needs.

Very well located to everything in the area, within walking distance which is convenient. Our stay was pleasant, when we arrived our room wasn't ready, however we were offered an upgrade for a small difference which we agreed to. Our new room had a balcony and jacuzzi which was well worth it. The only thing as others have mentioned is that the hotel is a bit dated and I did not like the carpeting. The room had a rather old smell, which although not a big issue, it was noticeable upon entry the first day. The ihop inside the hotel had good food, just at a higher price difference compared to what I would pay in the states. Overall our stay was great and I think well worth what we paid.

Absolutely love staying here, this has became our regular hotel to stay at. We have spent holidays, birthday celebrations,Anniversaries, Xmas vacations etc. The staff is impeccable, knowledgeable and sincere. They will and have went above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Definitely a hotel for all ages, we have met some wonderful people during our stays, the pool is clean and great foe the kids, casino shuttles at front door, wego public transportation for site seeing is out front of lobby also, a gift shoo for souvenirs and also for some things you may have forgotten or need in a crunch
I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and reliable stay, cleaning staff is trustworthy as I had lost a diamond earring and it was found and returned to Manager immediately. We have stayed multiple times for holidays during every season, each and every time has been peaceful and safe
The ages of the guests vary, we have made friends many times with other guests, this hotel is a cozy relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to call our Home away from home😊response / report this review -

We were in town for hockey and stayed at Ramada on Stanley. Great central location and my kids loved the pool and arcade area. Overall room was clean but dated. Next time I will make sure out rooms have a fridge and microwave or else book elsewhere. When stayingfor 2 nights they would of been handy. I thought those were standard in all hotels and took for granted we would have one. I'd pay more to have the amenities

The wifi at this place is awful. Kept disconnecting and reconnecting randomly which was very annoying. There was a mysterious stain on my mattress and blood on my mothers pillow in the other room. Very strange. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean. Their "arcade" is a joke, with a selection of 2 games, and their "gift shop" is pretty sad. I don't know anyone who would play $20 for an old hat. The staff were nice and the pool was pretty clean. Overall, it was okay.

This hotel is okay. When we got to our room, the hot tub we had paid extra for was broken. We called the front desk to resolve the issue. The front desk said they would send someone up to fix my hot tub. Sadly, we waited in the hotel room for over an hour and nobody had showed up. Since we were hungry and wanting to go out to eat, we went to the front desk to ask what was taking so long and to tell them that we were leaving the room for the time being. Sadly, the front desk told me that the person they sent up went to the wrong room but nobody bothered to call the room or show up. In my opinion, this was atrocious behaviour. This event was for my tenth wedding anniversary and instead of sitting in a room doing nothing, we wanted to explore the Niagara region. The hotel did give me a small discount on my room, but they gave me a lot of trouble to get anything done in my room which made it so that I didn't have as much time as I would have liked in Niagara. I think a hotel of this stature should check the hot tubs after the previous guest leaves as they didn't deal with fixing it very professionally at all.

Great stay at the Ramada. We used Groupon for a quick weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. The best attribute is the hotel is the very friendly staff. Inna, who works at the front desk, is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. She was almost like a personal travel agent with how helpful she was. I'm general the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely return.

Decent hotel. Room was fine, a little smelly. Huge tax and charges for everything including 15$ parking per night. I would go elsewhere next time. It's right on the edge of the nice area. A little run down.
