I'm sorry to say but this was the worst choice I made. I know after this review there so called manager will say sorry and act like they care but they don't. Only reason I'm writing this is, so people don't get scammed and end up staying here. This place is just like a run down motel. There are many better choices in the area. Please don't waste your money by staying here. Not worth it. I would rather stay in embassy or even days Inn. This hotel (motel) is not worth the money.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in any hotel. The front desk is not bothered about the guests and even if they talk to you they are very rude and loud. I can understand how people from countries who can not speak feel when interacting with the front desk representative in Radisson. The pictures on website shows that the hotel is 15-16 story building, but when you n reach at the hotel, you are sent to an adjoining connected building which is old and only 4 story. No mention of this structure anywhere. The rooms are old and amenities minimal. Along with old sheets and bed. The whole room in which we stayed was completely old. They tried to hide the smell but perfuming the room. Will never recommend it to anyone.

The Radisson hotel is a fine establishment to stay.
Hotel Cleanliness: Hotel was very clean, no odors, no standing debris.
Staff: Upon check in we ask about savings for the attractions and they told us about their packages and other areas where you get other packages. Very polite, professional, and courteous. .

Price for stay: I would say about average.

Pool: In the pictures on the internet it looks better than what it was, my wife and i and the other couple were a little disappointed in it.

Rooms: They were nice, clean, no problems. We had jacuzzi tub it was nice after a long day of walking. If you need white noise like a fan running, plan on bringing one or down load an app on your phone, walls are good for sound and it was to quiet for my taste, but i sleep with a fan running.

Over all everything was wonderful at the hotel except the pool that is why i had to give it a 4 out of 5

Excellent location with. 10-15 min walk to the skylon or the falls. If you are willing to pay some premium, you will also get a nice room view of the falls. The room is very clean and modern. The bathroom is pretty big with good water pressure. Very satisfied with the hotel.

We were upgraded to a better room for free. Got an incredible view of the falls. Could not have been happier with out stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not a bad room for the price. Very spacious and nice bathroom. The pull out couch is a little more uncomfortable than normal. Also, there is a pool but no hot tub. We paid a decent amount for this place for the weekend so I was little let down. Also, no continental breakfast.

Great location overlooking the falls area. Rooms were good size. Air conditioning isn't too loud, which matters to me. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Parking is $20 and they needed us to use their valet service to park off-site (doesn't cost extra).

I have been twice and both times have been enjoyable. Room was very clean and reasonably priced. Excellent view of the falls from the Fallsview room.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious, location is pretty good, very close to Scotiabank convention center. The only thing that could be improved really was the bathroom - squeaky toilet flushing sound and not the strongest water pressure. A great value overall!

This hotel is in a great location. Close enough to the Fallsview Casino complex is quick 5 min walk so you're not right in the middle of the noise, but you're so close that you can't complain about the distance.
The rooms are long but narrow. We were fortunate and got a King room with a view of the falls. I'm highly recommending you get the upgrade cuz the view is amazing. There's a nice love seat by the window and a microwave and fridge to have some drinks and snacks while you admire the falls lit up after dark.
The bed was a sleep number, which is great for couples with differing preferences. The bathroom though. The shower/bath was huge and had the jets in it. You could fit a whole circus in that thing.
We didn't use the facilities, so I can't comment there but the valet and Front desk staff were wonderful. The valet opened our doors (we cabbed) and asked if we needed help with luggage. The front desk agent that checked us in was super friendly and noticed we'd arrived in a cab and therefore obviously did not need parking. The check out was great as well. I feel the staff try to find a common topic to discuss.
My only annoyance for the trip was that we left the do not disturb sign on our door when we went out. We were only there for 2 nights and didn't feel we needed sheets changed or anything. When we got back, not only had they entered the room but also our dnd sign was fully missing and we needed to request a new one. It wasn't the end of the world, but I found it a bit disrespectful.
Overall, I would highly recommend for location, rooms and staff.

The hotel is nice, room has a nice jacuzzi alongside the bed, rooms are standard, a little old but good. The staff is friendly. We didn't get the view and only got the first floor room as the hotel was filled up. The room service is weird sometimes. I actually wanted a bowl to warm up my baby food in the microwave and called them up but they straightaway refused to have any in their kitchen which was weird. Otherwise a great stay. Hotel has a parking and almost remains full but they still accommodate you somehow. It's a little far from the casino and all the action.

Wonderful staff and service. We found an immediate issue with the room we were initially placed in and the staff were willing and ready to remedy our situation. We were ultimately placed in another room which was just as good and comfortable. This isn't our first time staying at the hotel and it won't be the last.
