We stayed with a water park package. The lobby is beautiful but don't let it mislead you. The rest of the hotels feel pretty old. Our room was comfortable but a little cramped. Overall it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. They even knocked $55 off our bill because part of the water park was closed for maintenance.

Small hotel rooms. And there's an old musky smell in the corridors. The staffs had been very nice. But a lot of things were not delivered properly, no fridge (when we requested one) and the beds cannot be moved (to combine them for my kids). Staffs quickly delivered and help with fridge and "fences" for the bed. No ventilation in the bathroom, it was painted over LOL. I am sure some people would like it cos' of its exterior and proximity to the falls, probably not for me.

So very nice hotel other than a few things that makes it 3 star. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people next door, the bed was a king but the top mattress is broken in two so there is a horrible lump in the middle of the bed, the toilets look like a school toilet. Every time the water ran in a neighbors room it was really loud like neighbor flushes the toilet you wake up! The rooms are about 50 square feet, my bedroom at home is larger then these rooms. For $180 for the night and a view of the parking garage you would expect way better. Again great hotel and lots to do around it and dry place to sleep that's clean but it is really over priced for what you get. Also to add do not go to the buffet $30 a person and the food is horrible tasteless food. If a slow weekend the food is all dried out and rubber as well. I would skip the buffet if I was you!

The hotel was very elegant. The main entrance, lobby, and hallways were gorgeously decorated. It is an older hotel but they definitely play off of its age in a good way and make it a nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and anything that came up. Some cons were that parking was 29$ a night plus a 15$ a night "resort fee" since it is connected to the Waterpark next door. The rooms were also extremely small. The room that I stayed in looked like it only barely fit the double bed that was in it with maybe 6 inches between it and the wall to go to the bathroom. There was no Desk and the wifi signal was weak. A big pro is that the hotel in in the middle of everything and within walking distance of practically everywhere.

Very Large Balcony with a Perfect View of both the Canadian and American Falls from the Balcony. We were there on a Tuesday night in August 2017 and had a Great view of the Beautiful Fireworks over the Canadian Falls! Within a short walk of the Sky Wheel and the main street with all of the Attractions and restaurants. Prepaid for our reservation before arriving and found that there was an extra charge for parking and a resort fee that we weren't expecting. Nice Historical Hotel with a small, clean room and bathroom. Would definitely go back again.

I really enjoyed my time at Niagara Falls altogether. The hotel's room was rather cramped, with two tables and a couch taking up room that my bags could have used much more than a couch (why is there a couch in a small hotel room without a view?). However, the service and staff were pleasant and nice. The hotel was a half hour walk from the Canadian falls, and are viewable from across the street. Location wise, this hotel is great if you're trying not to break the bank but stay close to the falls. Good hotel for a very serene and pretty sightseeing trip.

Old, but lovely hotel/resort-(casino,water park,hard rock cafe, Starbucks on every corner)
Located on walking distance from the Niagara Falls and the bridge that connects US and Canada. Amazing hotel stuff. Defiantly will stay there again.
Word of advice on all US visitors: if you plan of using a credit card to pay for your stay and all your purchase while in Canada, please check your Credit Card terms and conditions and please pick a card that has ***NO foreign transaction fees***
Also before you travel, Check your cellphone plan as well, do you have an international Data,talk&text. I know that NO one things about things like that, but you can not imagine at the end how much the expense
adds up in credit card foreign fees and cellphone international usage.

We have an upper falls view but can see all of the falls as well. The room is nice and clean. It's an older hotel so I can see where the other reviews may think it's dated but it isn't dated at all. Just keeping with the historic era of the building. The staff at check in was not very thorough and it is a hefty $29.99 to park the car even though we are staying the night but the beds are comfy and you're right in the middle of it all. Great location. I initially gave the hotel 5 stars but I just received my check out bill. BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN FEES they do not tell you about. I was just socked for another $52.73 just for booking a room and sleeping here. They have resort fees, parking fees, taxes not included, etc. Ask about hidden fees. I used to like to come to Canada but a lot has changed. Make sure to ask first.

Great spot near the falls on 7th floor. Great staff. However, the the room is really small and also the washroom. You can hear other rooms flushing the toilet. Be careful for parking 29$ and resort fees 16$

Being in a single room without view of the falls, the Size of the room was pretty quaint. They maximize the tiny bathroom well so it still felt relaxing and not cluttered. Good location, just a block from viewing the falls and surrounded by places to eat. Niagara Brewing company was great and highly recommend it when visiting. If its in your it's in your budget upgrade to a room with a view.

The lobby is charming and the staff is very polite. We were upgraded to a falls view room for free. I liked the resort perks, especially the free tasting at Niagara Brewing company. The only downside is the pool was closed. We were allowed to use the pool at the Sheridan, but did not make use of it.

Recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza. The cleaning staff I encountered during my stay were extremely friendly and always polite. The front desk unfortunately was not that helpful at times. I was in a room that was very hot, and I had to ask 3 times for it to be looked into, and the solution was a fan being placed in my room. I then had to ask to just switch rooms, and the response I got was "well how much longer will you be here?" Not sure if I had said only one more night she would have considered moving me. Luckily I did get moved, and all was well with the temperature of the new room. (I was actually able to get some sleep the next couple of nights) The room was very clean, but VERY small. Pretty average hotel, no serious issues while staying there.

Great service, small but clean and dated rooms. No minifridge. Small window in the Fallsview room. Amazing indoor pool area with yard tables and chairs, hot tub and sauna. Hot tub could use some stronger jets though. I could barely feel them. Amazingly expensive parking!
