Friendly staff and decent rooms. Pretty clean but old decide. The greatest points are for its location. Right of Clifton hills it's THE best location since it's close to all the major attractions and rides available in Niagara. Only steps away from the casino also :)

Room was very clean, did not have to ask for anything. Have a balcony and can smoke on it. That made us happy since room was non smoking. The price is perfect for as close to the falls and all the attractions, you can just walk everywhere. Lots parking. next time we visit we definitely be staying here!

Room was nice and clean. Have a bar fringe, coffee maker and microwave in room. Free WiFi. Staff was very nice. Falls was a five minute walk.

The price for this room was on point! Close to the action and the falls. Large clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. It's a 2 story building. No elevator, so there could be some stairs if you get a room on the top floor. Also has a Heated outdoor pool!

Didn't stay at the hotel but paid for parking. Great location but troublesome to get out as there is low visibility to the sidewalks and there are no view reflectors to show you the sidewalk for incoming pedestrians.. and there are tons of pedestrians. Other than that the parking rate was same as downtown Toronto but in a tourist district so its a fair price.

Situated in the middle of the excitement. Close to the Falls and right at Clifton Hill. 3 charge locations for EV's. Well kept rooms, friendly staff. Decent price!

This place is so beautiful. The rooms are large and parking isn't an issue. I just started coming to this Inn but it's starting to grow on me. The staff is nice and the location is perfect as everything is within walking distance. The balcony is good for those who wish to smoke and do not wish to go downstairs. The staff even leave 2 chairs, a table and an ashtray for their guests.

Service is goed. Alleen geen ontbijt meer. Gedeelte van de kamers hoor je heel erg de afzuigmotoren van het andere hotel. Locatie perfect. Midden in het stadje en op loopafstand van de falls. Is wel een duurder motel.

Its a very good hotel at the fall in a very cheap price. It is located main attraction area, love to live here and enjoyed every minute during my stay. I wish I could stay whole week. Will come again and definetely recommend this hotel to friends. Staff is little quite but no problem. Almost everything is near by walking distance. Onsite parking is $10 for overnight guest and $20 or may vary for temporary park. Wifi is not good not bad. After a whole day full on enjoyment who want to spend yime on internet surfing. I would sleep tight on a very comfortable bed. Nice place.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had huge windows. They were dated and a little quirky but no biggie for one night. The hallway smelled of marijuana which we personally didn't care about, but I'm sure some people might. The beds were very comfortable. It was about a twenty minute walk to the falls. We had a Groupon which was a great deal. They didn't tack on any additional charges like some Groupon offerings do. Except the cost for parking which is $15/day, but it was the best around. That was a bummer but we had read it in reviews beforehand so it wasn't a shock.

The stay was okay. Staff are friendly, parking spaces sufficient but outdoor parking only. Rooms are decent but nothing special. Good value for the location.
