Amazing service!! Room was gorgeous and very clean. They didn't have the king bed that we had arranged for so they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, free parking, one hour later for check out time and a strip of coupons for local attractions and restaurants. It's very close to the falls, casino, and many other Niagara attractions. Would definetly come here again it was great.

If you're looking for even a decent place to stay in Niagara Falls I would recommend avoiding this place. The location is great but it is dated and you'll find most things in the rooms are broken. Door was broken, electrical outlets broken, clothing iron broken and lamps broken. The construction noise nearby is very loud as of 6am. Nobody mentioned this when booking. When informing the staff upon check out they simply said it was my fault for not telling them the night before and did not say they would look into fixing any of the issues.

The room is spacious and fairly smart however showing signs of age. The bathroom does the job but could be cleaner (ours had several long hairs in the bath upon check in) the coffee machine is a welcome touch but the TV should have a better range of channels and a real guide. We did love the option to go green and not have house keeping in return for a $5 voucher. We stayed in a king room.

Nice spacious, clean rooms - prompt service. Pretty good location, though main strip is quite a bit
Of a walk. I would stay again, however my only complaint would be house keeping. If you are still in your room when house keeping comes by (which is very early, 8-9am) they do not come back. We were there for two nights and did not get house keeping once. We had to make our own bed, and call down for towels. However, Niagara Falls is quite pricey and for the price, this hotel is a deal, so I would stay again - but the house keeping service needs improvement.

Great staff, very clean and nice. No fridge or microwave in our room, unsure if some rooms have the option or not. Beds were decently comfortable. Close walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Look into the couple's package, it has multiple vouchers for different food and attractions. Parking is either valet for over $40 C. Or self park across the street in a lot that has a security person on staff and is $15 C.

Very clean suites and overall excellent condition building. Professional staff, dedicated parking. No problems really with this place. However even though it boasts Fallsview, the hotel remains behind the casino and Hilton and is not the perfect place for a room with a view of the falls. But it's not an issue since everything else was excellent.

The Four Points Sheraton Niagara Falls is walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants. It's rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and is attentive to your every need. My wife and I will definitely come back and will recommend to friends and family. A great stay for a great price! What more can you ask for?

The hotel itself was very nice. Clean. Well-stocked, close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The front desk team worked amazingly and got us checked in 4 hours early with no additional fees. My only issue(s) came from some of the support staff/customer service team. We did self parking and loaded/unloaded our own car and luggage. Once it was assumed we would not be paying anyone for their help, we were literally offered none. Including the information that to access our room required use of a different elevator. I had 3 separate hotel personnel (that knew what floor I was looking for) watch me (my husband was parking the car)get on the wrong elevator with 2 small kids, a loaded up luggage cart, a giant cooler, and a few additional bags. The same people laughed to each other about it (which is how I realized it was the wrong elevator) and then looked and acted bothered when I asked them where the correct elevator was (in a different hallway!) Throughout our stay I observed these same individuals light up and become quite personable with "paying customers" and ignore simple questions from "non-paying customers". I would stay here again, I would probably go out of my way to seek out as much free advice from these people as possible just to be an a-hole. I'm mature :)

I found this hotel as a Groupon offer and chose to give it a try. The price was great! I extended our reservation for a day directly with the hotel and they were very helpful. Our room was clean and had a great river view with a glimpse of the Falls through the trees. Location was good for people who can walk and all of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in a very beautiful area. We had heard the Canadian side of NF was much better and that turned out to be true and then some. Common areas were very well kept. Bedding was white glove clean. Restroom was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff was friendly for the most part. Parking options of either valet ($35) or self park ($21) seemed steep right away but given the area was actually very reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again if visiting NF in the future.

..we had a very positive experience with the front desk staff at check-in. They were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained, though we thought they looked a little dated. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to attractions in the surrounding area. All in all, a good night's stay.

We went to eat at the east side Mario's restaurant in the four points. The food was good and the service was great. Our server was new and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of well. Drinks were made well and the appetizers were delicious. Would visit again.

We arrived at the hotel, not knowing we had booked during March break, so the line to check in was ridiculous! However, the staff was very efficient and worked through the long line quickly. The woman at the front desk was wonderful and even hooked us up with a complimentary upgrade spa tub score! my husband and I were stoked. Although there were tons of families and alot of children, we were placed in an area of the hotel that seemed to be quiet and mostly couples did not experience any unwanted disturbances. Only complaint we had was parking across the street and $25 a night would have been fine during warmer months, but there had just been a snow storm. Hotel connected to plenty of shops and restaurants, and the casino was an added bonus.

Fantastic stay. We needed to spend an extra night in Niagara due to a snow storm. We were treated extremely well by the front desk staff. Amazing place to stay if you have children. All amenities are connected to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean.

Nice hotel, highly recommended. Staff are very accommodating. Great locations, nice rooms and washrooms. Pool area and gym area are fairly good size to have those extra fun activities. Thumbs up everyone , parking will be extra and breakfast and dinner are coupons provided. Otherwise look for other options to have a more or less expensive restaurants to go. Hope this helps.
