  Took our son for his 4th birthday, along with our daughter who is 6 and a 1/2. The staff there are very young but courteous. The girl who we bought the tickets from in the store was also nice but looked bored at the front counter. The staff inside Lego Land were awesome. Interacted with my kids, took time to play with them and explain things. Let them go on the rides over and over. We were told there were movies, but they were updating so they weren't running. We told the manager, Vishnu, and he took the time to listen to our concerns and came up with a solution. We will definitely be visiting again.

  Great place but the exterior needs a refresh as the giant images are badly sun-bleached and fading paint. It concerned us going in as the walk-in prices are quite expensive. But once we got in, we had a blast. If your child likes LEGO, fear not, they will like this place. You can spend hours here. I recommend purchasing your tickets online to secure a much better price that will leave your wallet less bruised. Have fun!

  Very small venue. The tablets in the first room were not very responsive, so my son put down his toy. Within seconds it was snatched. I kept scanning the rooms to see if i could find my son's toy. Kids were running wild. I stopped a fist fight between 2 boys.
  Children were pocketing handfuls of Lego.
  My son cried the whole time. My other son found it too crowded to enjoy. The staff at lost and found were pleasant and tried to help. When I advised them at the gift shop that kids were stealing Lego, they just shrugged their shoulders.
  My older son enjoyed the shooting ride.

  Been here a few times for adult night and its always a blast. A great place for adults to release their inner child and complete various games and challenges, watch a 4D movie, experience some rides and build your own creation. Staff is very friendly and washrooms are readily available.

  Our family with two adults and 6 & 9 yr olds had a great time here for over 3 hrs. It is well put together and we all found lots to enjoy. I liked the 4D theatre and miniworld best . My husband had fun building a race car for us to try. The kids loved the huge climbing fort and the rides. Tip for parents : take your own "passport" for the kids to collect stamps: they sell ones on lanyards for $5 but the parents end up toting them and the kids may lose interest anyway. Pretty expensive but glad we went. Could be better if they had a gallery wall displaying cool builds by local kids and grown-ups too that kept changing each month.

  The place was crowded. I feel that it was too packed for the people to really enjoy. ?? Been there with my wife, son and 2 daughters. 6, 10 and 14. No need to say that this is not a place at all for the 10ish and above. We somehow knew it prior getting in but it was disappointing.The biggest issue with Legoland is what you get for your bucks. Don't have any issues to pay 24 $ plus tax to see my kids have fun ( I would even pay 30$ for them) but having the adults paying the full price for that is really not fair at all. Honestly, I paid 135$ for my family and I felt like I've been literally robbed. We spent less that 1 hour and really, I tried to stay longer to convince me that I would find something to justify the 135$ expense!!! It is a tourist trap as you cannot let the kids in on their own so what do you do, you pay to supervise them. Aside the Toronto Lego City that is awesome, the rest is just for kidsso adults get screwed by the fact of paying full price. It is like your newborn baby was charged 60$ to get in a Six Flag amusement parks with 95% of rides for 42 inches height. Total non sense.!

  Wonderful place for kids to play. Washrooms readily available. Food court very reasonably priced and the food quite tasty. Very impressed. A great place for kids. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

  It was our first and last visit. Our problem started when my just turned 6 year old had to suddenly use the bathroom when we were in the gift store. As it was an emergency my first. Inclination was to quickly take him back to the washroom inside Lego land. We had just left the play area and knew exactly where the washroom was located. As we.re-entered I explained to a young female staff that my son needed to use the bathroom. She asked if we we had tickets and I explained that we had tickets, had been there playing all morning and just needed to quickly get to the washroom. At this point my son is holding his private area and is clearly uncomfortable. The young female staff appeared to be frazzled and oblivious to this. Needless to say, I had to take my son, run out of the store into the mall to allow him to finish using the mall bathroom and clean him up. I did complain to a manager who did apologize, however this situation was a very negative experience for myself and my child.

  We went with 4, 6, 7 year old kids. They all had a good time. It does get too crowded by about lunch time (Sunday) but if you get there early you can have some good fun before the big crowd comes. They need way more seating for food. Lots of people park their butts and sit on their phones so people that want a seat to eat cannot get one. I got in at a discounted rate and still felt it was bit overpriced. Not a place I'd go to regularly but it was was worth a one time experience. They put a lot of effort into the details.

  If I could give a minus I would. I had such a horrifying experience today due to negligence from one of the staff Natasha. I was appauled with my experience. They have what it's called a construction site (jungle gym) are who has no adult supervision. With one staff (Natasha) letting kids in and out. My son was punched in the eye and was crying. I wanted to help my child find the kid to speak to him and his parents. She said hold on she will get her supervisor since she was so busy prioritizing kids going in and out. To my surprise 10 minutes later no manager in sight. My son left he is 6 and to wait on her, well that wasn't realistic. Not to be rude to Natasha but common sense is missing. Finally a manager arrived, wish I could remember her name. Who then started helping Natasha return the kids waiting to their parents. Me: Natasha my child was punched in the face who do you prioritize. Natasha's response: I know I'm sorry but there's a bunch of kids who has been waiting to go back to their parents. Me: who do you prioritize a child who was injured or the kids who are not lost and parents are aware of where there are!? Natasha: no response Manager: apologizes
  
  I can only imagine I'm not the first to complain of a child getting injured since they have no adult supervising. If they only let parents in this would safer for the younger kids. Hands downs one of the worst experience with the way Natasha handle the situation. She is an unreliable staff and neglected to care for a child who was hurt. I could t believe it. If there are any bruising at all on my child. Believe me Lego land will be reported for the lack of training with their staff and no supervision, and lack of safety in an area where parents are not allowed.

  I have a developmentally delayed son who is also partially deaf and blind. We just returned from spending four hours and fifty minutes there. He had an absolute blast! The staff were particularly good. Shawn needed some significant extra assistance with the rides, displays, activities, etc., and at each station, the staff were amazingly polite, patient, and helpful. We would definitely return next time we were in Toronto. Thank you.

  I honestly almost didn't come based on some of the awful reviews I read on here. Glad we came anyways!. My kids are 3, 7 and 10 and we have a fantastic time! Bought our tickets ahead of time and was there for when it first opened. Staff was friendly and polite for the most part. Barely any wait times for rides at the time we came. We really loved the 4D movies. Kids loved the climber. Yes it was expensive but not out of reason. I expect to pay those prices anywhere in TO. The only complaint was the cafe, took 25 min for a pizza. Mostlu because I think they weren't paying attention and gave my pizza away to another family and we had to wait for another one. Otherwise, we had a great time. Not sure if we will go back but still fun.

  My son (7yrs and 9 yrs) likes here.
  Good place to spend time with kids.
  
  4D Movie theatre has 4-5 different kinds of movies. We watched two movies and floor was so slippery, my son(7yrs) fell off on the floor. And his clothes were wet and dirty. :((
  I hoping that staff should mopping the floor regular basis. That will be good for young kids.
  Still I enjoyed movie.
  
  Cafe has good Kids meal deals.
  $5 including
  Choice of main : personal pizza or hot dog or chicken fingers.
  
  Drink : juice box, milk
  
  Two snack to pick from : Apple slice, cheese, yogurt, pudding and chips.
  
  I paid extra $45 per person and I bought Annual pass for my family.
