Liam came to our rescue when we has an unknown water leak that left a giant forming stain in our ceiling! He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and was able to finish all the repairs the same day! He was honest, professional, and did not try to sell us anything extra. We were also able to get our sink and drain issue solved as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for all your plumbing issues

Excellent work from beginning to end. Technician was knowledgeable and left the powder room (washroom) spotless and looking like brand new. The emergency work done was excellent. Highly recommended!

I had a tub leaking into the room below. Adrian Johnson came right on time. He looked at the issue and gave a quote for investigating the issue. Upon finding the issue he gave a fixed price quote for fixing the leak. He was courteous, responsive, professional. He did excellent work. Only reason I gave Gold Medal 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought the price was very high. On the good side, the price quoted was exactly what I paid.

Great service! Fast, efficient, patient, and good quality work!
A couple weeks ago I called to have someone look at/fix a very low and persistent water pressure issue in my mother's house. Gold Medal sent out Ben H. to help us out. My mom is very nervous when it comes to getting work done around the house and Ben was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining his diagnosis of the issue and solutions available.

We reached out to Gold Medal Plumbing in regards to some leak issues we had at our house. Benjamin came out within an hour of our call and and was able to quickly discover the source of the leak problems and offered us a solution that was fairly priced and accomplished within 4 hours. Thanks Benjamin for the awesome work done. We can rest easy now knowing that we've had plumbing work done properly and professionally with a guarantee.

Technician came to my house and found bits of metal in my bathroom faucet that was affecting water pressure. He quickly fixed it and didn't even charge me. Great service and I would highly recommend.

Tech was really great - he called within 24 hours of my reporting a small ceiling stain and he came on time to check. He was super professional/friendly and we got the impression he wanted to help and get the job done right. He explained things gently and gave us his professional opinion that it was a very solvable problem - he even offered to address it right away. A year ago I had very bad experience with the plumber I called. Today I found Presco plumbing online. Plumber came few minutes before scheduled time. I was surprised. He did amazing job. What a difference from the previous plumber I called. Thank you very much.

Had a leak in the basement ceiling last week, Presco was able to send out a plumber in just a few hours. Terrance was great to deal with, he found the leak and had it fixed in no time. He was patient and explained to me what the problem was and took the time to answer all my questions. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

We had hot water constantly going through the trap primer hose attached to the laundry faucet, and the faucet itself was also leaking. Terrance came and did the inspection and also provided us with the cost for labour and parts. As our problem has been going on for some time, we decided to go through with the job immediately.
We are pleased with the work and service. The only critique I would like to give is regarding the time window. We were given the window of 12 PM - 2 PM for the inspection, but we didn't receive a call until almost 20 minutes after 2 PM. We understand that it can be difficult to estimate when a job will be finished. However, for courtesy reasons, please consider informing a customer that the technician is running late within the time window.response / report this review -
