We are extremely happy with the renovations and complete transformation of our 1,200 square foot basement by Belyea Bros. Limited. The project manager Sandy Scotland and his team, Kevin, Cam, Eytan and Liam, delivered high quality craftsmanship, with great attention to detail, with amazing results. All aspects of the work were of high quality, including the building of the sub-floor and flooring, installation of the insulation and dry-walling, creating beautiful crown molding, painting, tiling and installation of fireplace, bar area and feature walls with live-edge hand-crafted countertops.
Sandy was a great project manager, discussing and contributing to the design concepts, ensuring good planning and communication with us. The job was very well coordinated, bringing in the trade specialists and other contractors in a timely manner.
The whole team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The team was extremely reliable and considerate, and they were very responsive to any questions or issues that arose throughout the project.
We are thrilled with the final result and would recommend Belyea Bros., based on our experience.response / report this review -

Got a quote on a HVAC part that needed to be replaced. Quote came in at $1000. I declined and searched for part cost through local supplier which was less than $90. So essentially they wanted to charge $900 for 1-2 hours of labour.
They do good work but you end up paying $$$ because they are a big company. Most repairs can be done by a homeowner. Save your self some money and watch a YouTube video before calling a service center.response / report this review -

From a short talk on the phone with Daniel about not having hot water ,I knew that he cared about his customers. He was kind , patient and helped me troubleshoot my water heater pilot light. He went out of his way to explain how it works and even got his video cam on his phone to guide me and see what I was doing. This is top notch service, it can't get better than that! . No doubt I would recommend Belyea Brothers .

Stephen at Belyea and his installation team were great! Stephen came in and gave me a great overview of water heater options and with his explanation (which none of the other individuals who quoted bothered to do) I went in a direction that’ll save headaches in the future. He was always super responsive and the entire process start to finish took less than a week. The installation guys also noticed short cycling in my furnace when down there and told us to take a look, all in all great service!

Our furnace stopped working last week. Our old company was no longer responding so a friend referred us to Belyea Brothers. They got to us quickly and even though we had to wait on the install, we thought the timing was good given the influence of the pandemic. We could not be happier with the process. Our salesman Jamieson detailed the estimates for us to suit our needs and help us to choose the right system. The installers Andrew and Matt did an excellent job setting everything up. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the commitment to quality in their work. They took out the old equipment, replaced the AC connections instead of using the old ones and relocated them to a better spot, removed a previous exhaust vent that was not quite right, and even adjusted a gas line when I mentioned that one was hindering access to storage we use around our furnace. They will be taking care of our furnace from now on.

Our boiler was replaced today. The installers were courteous organized and very professional. The job was completed on time and they took pains to minimize disruption. The area was left clean and the system thoroughly tested. We are well pleased.

I've been using Belyea Bros Ltd. to service my furnace and air conditioning for over 30 years. Every service person they send, including Jonathan, Wilson and his partner, Dave, Elaine, Steve - every one of them has been personable, friendly, intelligent, thorough and a pleasure to have in my home. I can't recommend Belyea Brothers enough - you can't go wrong with them!!!

The installation of a new Daikin split system AC went very smoothly. It came on the day they promised, and we were quite relieved that the work was so careful that we didn't need to repaint the hallway. And the new AC works like a charm, even in our recent late summer heat wave. I've had dealings with Belyea for over ten years now, and they are a company that you can depend on for service as well.

From my first contact with Chelsie to the home consultation with Jamison I have received outstanding customer service. They were very patient, cheerful and well informedJoe is on top of everything and I look forward to meeting him and hopefully have the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner completed this week. Very quick since I only just made contact last Friday! Highly recommend.

Starting w very helpful office. Booked appointment, and then they fielded query on the day of, to narrow the time that technician would arrive. Julio the technician was a nice guy and skilled and careful. Very honest in assessing the state of my old AC unit. It's in decline but maintenance was completed and I was told what to watch out for. I signed for ongoing maintenance. One very impressive feature was that Julio had shoe covers that he put on each time he entered my house, so wouldn't track dirt. Highly recommend!

About 3-4 weeks ago I decided to give Belyea Bros a call to look at an ongoing issue I had with my split type air conditioner I had installed about 6 years ago from another company. Belyea Bros came highly recommended from others including my in-laws who have been using Belyea Bros, I believe for decades. I spoke to the service manager Jason and relayed the issue I had been experiencing for about 5-6 years. He spent time with me explaining my options which I really appreciated. About a week later, Julio arrived and did a very thorough inspection and testing of my 3 air conditioner head units and the exterior unit. He also did a basic cleaning of the indoor units and exterior unit and reported that I needed a more thorough cleaning of 2 of the 3 indoor units which I knew would be the case. He showed me the extensive build up of dust on the blower wheels and the black spatter of wet dust on the interior of the cabinet behind the blower wheel. I had always thought this was mold but upon Julio's closer inspection, this was dust that had flung off the blower wheel as it spun. As a partial dismantling of the 2 units would be required, an appointment was made to have the 2 units more throughly cleaned. Yesterday Dylan and Julio returned and as my first visit with Julio, Dylan was also very kind, knowledgeable and professional. The units were cleaned thoroughly and they look almost new! They are very accommodating with questions, providing me with clear answers and tips. They could not have been any better! By the way, wearing the booties to cover their footwear while in the house was a nice touch. Thanks Dylan, Julio and Belyea Bros.

Julio R. came to my home on time and was courteous wit his boot covers and thorough in his maintenance and cleaning of my 5 yr old air conditioner. He was very fasts, and I like fast and thorough!!! Had a new air conditioner installed last week and the service by those two techs was just as professional, will recommend to all my friends and family. Lesa R.
