I do not recommend Anta plumbing.

They installed a Moen kitchen faucet for me 3 years ago. The unit became loose but I lived with it for a few months. I decided to tighten it myself but could not because it was too difficult to reach the bolt without a special tool. I reviewed Moen’s install procedure and discovered that the mounting flange was incorrectly installed.
I forwarded the information to Anta. They never called me back and I had to follow up with them.
They were very argumentative saying that it was correctly installed even when they had the procedures. They mentioned that the flange could go either way. Clearly the procedure stated otherwise. They were just giving me opinions. I concurred with them that it was 3 years but it was not installed correctly.
I asked to speak to the manger/owner but the office “gate keepers” just kept saying they would not do anything about it.

I gave up and hired another company to fix their mistake. There web site warranty claim that they will fix anything if it has been done incorrectly. Obviously, this did not happen. I gave them a chance to fix it but they chose to argue.

As the expression goes “ this company can’t see the forest for the trees”.

Recently we had an issue with our drainage. I have contacted Anta plumbing. They immediately came and identified the issue. The problem was tree roots entered through the clay drainage pipe and blocks the drain. The permanent solution is to replace 12 feet long pipe at 10 feet deep. Before dig they need to get located the other utilities and it was going to take two weeks. Therefore they partially unblock the drain remotely (this is only a temporary solution). They came back in two weeks and replaced the drain. The work was very tidy. They have not damage any other location ( such as paves, lawn, tree etc). Considering the amount of work involved, the rate was very reasonable. They took all the garbage and left the site clean. They carried out the work so that we had minimum disturbance with the drainage during the work. They are truly best, from the experience with this project for the outdoor plumbing and drainage work.

So disappointed and frustrated! Been dealing with Anta Plumbing for commercial service for 5 years+ and can’t believe they are unable to send a technician to service a plumbing issue, not tomorrow, not next week, not next month! Were told initially that a technician would be available in 3-5 days and that we would get a call later that day to confirm. No callback so we had to call again 3 days later only to be told that they are very busy and cannot send a technician not now, not tomorrow, not next week with no alternatives - totally unacceptable and we will take our business elsewhere. Good riddens.

Gave them 1 Star because it's the lowest choice available. Would give them negative scoring if possible. Terrible.used them on a fairly simple project. Once they started the job their additional costs were totally absurd and their business practices very unprofessional. Had to let them finish because of time constraints. Had to eventually get another contractor to come in and fix poor installation of 2 of the 3 toilets they installed. Will NEVER use this company again.
