Aquamaster did such an amazing job in assisting us a with a drain leak. They were extremely professional and did the job to perfection. They even went the extra mile in giving us tips on how to avoid future problems. They were responsive and timely. They gave me a full update after resolving the issue and I was very Impressed with their honest and thoughtful communication. I hardly take the time to do a review but their quality of service was so outstanding, that I had to take the time to recognize it. I highly recommend their services, no matter how big or small the job is. They are true professionals with outstanding service. Thank you for looking after us.

Fedor and his crew waterproofed my basement (internally). I was very impressed with the attention given to detail and how cleanly the membranes were installed. We live in a rural and wet area of Markham, our basement was in desperate need of a high quality waterproofing solution. The moldy smell from the basement has disappeared and we have not seen a drop of water, this is something that will take some getting used to : )

Fedor and his team worked around our schedule even during the Christmas holidays and the project was completed as per the agreed upon schedule. These guys are very easy to work with and the company very much has a family like feel. It has been half a year since we got the job done, but anytime I have had a question or concern, Fedor and his team have always been responsive and go out of the way to assist. I would highly recommend Aquamaster as they provide great value for your investment.

Great service! Workers are efficient, professional, with a quality I greatly appreciate, they pay attention to detail and do what they do with as little disturbance as possible. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Fedor and his crew if you want the job done the right way. I am completely confident that everything was done right, and am happy that the Aquamaster crew ridded me of my water leaking issues. A big thanks to the Aquamaster crew for the great work! I will definitely keep you guys in mind for the future!

The Aquamaster team is absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to diagnose and correct the problem that I had with my basement plumbing caused by old pipes and persistent tree roots. I used them once in 2012 and in 2020. I cannot say enough good things about this team - Highly recommend.

I have left 3 messages and no reply even though I specified I was calling "Fedor"-very disappointing or a company with 10 Home Star rating.

Can't say enough good things about Fedor and his team. I called in a bit of a panic as our cold room had flooded and we were getting our basement renovated. Fedor promptly came by for a personal inspection and provided some insight as to what my options were. At no point did he pressure me into selecting his company or any of his options, he left it all to me. The whole estimate process was very friendly and transparent. When time came to do the work, opted to have my whole wall waterproofed (roughly 55 feet), the Aqua Master team came in and promptly completed the work within the quoted timeframe. I was impressed on how clean they left the site once the work was done and how delicate they were to ensure everything was put back the way it needed to be. We did have one problem, our sprinkler control line accidentally got cut. As soon as I informed Fedor, he quickly told me to get a quote and that Aqua master would pay for the repair! They did an excellent job and i would not hesitate one bit in recommending Aqua master to anyone for waterproofing work.

Called and left a message for service and no one called me back. I left several messages and finally found someone else to complete the work with sameday service. I'm so sick of contractors who know nothing about customer service!

Fedor and his team are amazing. Durning my renovation I discovered some changes having to me done. I actually had another company look at it and He charged $450 for opening holes. And by the next day I called Fedor and he came by and the found issue, resolved it and replaced the pipes within a few hours. In addition to that I also requested new sink drains be installed in Kitchen and washroom upstairs. A wonderful job was done. Compared to the competition they are quite reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My grandparents Charlie and Josephine had their foundation repaired after a leak kept appearing in the basement. They dug out the ground next to the wall to fix and waterproof the area. My grandma was extremely impressed by how well they worked, the kindness of the workers, and just how wonderful the workers were! Many thanks to the team at Aquamaster for making their basement dry and my grandparents smile! She would like to say Merry Christmas to you all!
