We had 2 technicians come out recently, the first one checked out the furnace and ordered the parts needed. The second technician installed the parts. Both technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job explaining what needed to be fixed. I have never had a problem with Reliance technicians or phone agents. Great job!

I want to thank Reliance technicians Kyle (1650) and Scott (1616) for their efforts in problem solving an issue pertaining to a defective furnace thermostat recently, Fall 2017. Kyle's initial diagnostic efforts and Scott's installation efforts regarding a new unit were greatly appreciated. Both men were highly professional and knowledgeable and didn't leave until I fully understood what had happened and what needed to be done. With many thanks!

Was helped today by Ryan and his partner. They did such an incredible job explaining everything to me. Suggesting what needs to be looked at right away. They installed everything, clean up after, made sure i fully understood how to work my new thermostat! Bottom line is we now how heat thanks to their diligence!! Thanks guys :)

This was probably the best installation. The staff who did the work were very efficient, knowledgeable, neat, and a pleasure to have in the house. It has been great to finally have a good air conditioner that can keep steady temperature even on the hottest days this summer. If this is the promise of things to come I am looking forward to the heating season.

The installation was all done in one day by two very personable young men who worked quietly to get the installation finished. When they had finished, they cleaned up everything. No mess was left behind. nothing in the house was damaged. The operation of the thermostat was explained to me and I was shown how to operate the furnace and the humidifier.
Given that I had a very old gas furnace, I am awaiting my first bill to see how much I will be saving.
The new furnace is much quieter in operation than the rumbling old unit I had and the air conditioner has kept us cool all summer.

We recently purchased a new furnace and AC from Reliance and feel very positive about our experience from beginning to end. Our advisor, Joe Eckeht, thoroughly explained various options to us and advised us on what was most appropriate for us> Joe was very personable and informative. about this product. The install team was very professional. Clean up was good. Follow up questions were answered in a very timely manner.

As a first-time homeowner, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Reliance as they have helped me set up all the things I need to have a comfortable home. Kyle’s first visit for regular maintenance was pleasant and smooth — and provided much-needed information for me, who knew nothing about HVAC systems. Moreover, the interaction I had with Dean T, who helped us make sure we had the right equipment for our needs, was not just pleasant and informative, but honest and authentic as well. I rarely experience such kind, compassionate, and heartfelt care from most customer service interactions—all the interactions I have had with Reliance have left me happy, informed, and assuaged. So happy to continue to do business with them.

We upgraded our furnace and AC about 2 months ago and have very nice experience with Reliance Home Comfort London. Our Advisor, Liz Norton was a pleasure to deal with and very kind and helpful. She made sure we fully understood everything we were getting, without the typical pushiness you get from other companies. She works extremely hard to help us to get the best price and package as we requested. Even made a special order for us since the humidifier we wanted is not carried by Reliance. The installation crews were another best part, was smooth, efficient and professional. They made sure everything was neat and tidy before leaving. Also they are thorough in explaining the equipment, how it works and answering any questions we had. We would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort London.

Dean Timpany, the Home Comfort Advisor with Reliance, came to our home to discuss the options we can have for a new Furnace, Air Conditioning and Water Heater. Dean was very well prepared and knowledgeable in helping us to decide to go for buying or renting the equipment. We went for a brand new high efficiency furnace and AC unit and also for a tank less Water Heater, all rental, reasonable monthly payments and all maintenance taken care of. We also received a 6 month free rent. And he booked us the installs within a few days. We didn't expect it to be so quick and so easy! Thanks Dean.
The guys who installed our new equipment came on schedule and on time. They were friendly and prepared. They put mats down in the house to prevent wet/dirt tracking through. They were knowledgeable, answered any questions we had. They got the work done in a timely fashion.
Overall, great experience! We will recommend Reliance to anyone looking to upgrade their furnace, a/c or water heater in the future!response / report this review -

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed last week Andrew Power was our contact person he organized everything. When the installers arrived it was raining heavily but they carried on with the job without complaint. Great service from all involved very pleased with our new system. Thanks again to all !
