  I ordered a brisket for pickup between 11am-4pm on a friday. I was going to do a full day smoke on the following day and had everything planned. However, because the burnouts they employ were listening to too much Wiz Khalifa, they just sold out before I could get there. I have dealt with Prairie Meats before without too much trouble, but I'd be a liar if I said I didn't see this coming.

  Love everything about this place. I will go there without anything in mind and just enjoy the smells. You could spend 30-60 minutes just checking out all they have to offer. If you haven't been there before plan a trip soon.
