  This company had great prices and helpfull front desk staff. However they sold me product that was damaged inside the box, then refused to return it. The account manager has been rude and unresponsive. It has been over 8 months and we still do not have our money back. I would like to say this was a good place to shop but can't in good conscience.

  Just completed an entire house re-flooring, I'm not much on interior design but Kim came to my home with a wide selection of samples and suggested the colours and choices of linoleum, carpet and hardwood to be installed. She was a delight to deal with from start to finish. As stated, I may not know much of design but I do recognize quality work and what I received was the best. All the installers I met were courteous and extremely careful when moving my possessions, they're installment and attention to detail was exceptional. Both Carl & Kim visited to check on progress and ensure the work, I was kept fully informed throughout the process. I could not be happier with the results. Thank you to all the staff. My only regret.I didn't think of taking a series of "before and after" photo's. Would, and will, recommend Prestige Flooring & Hardwood in a heartbeat.

  Extreme poor service
  wait on hold to find out the promised parts not in the day have promised
  I have experienced the worst costumer service in the city from this flooring company.

  UPDATE! We started looking into flooring summer of 2015. Kathryn was very helpful (Carl the owner has not been so much) and we decided to go with Brazilian cherry. Installation was started in September and we were promised by Carl that it would be completed before Thanksgiving 2015. Early December we finally had the furniture back in place. We are talking about 700 square feet, max that was installed. Since then we have had wood split, wood that has shrunk considerably and pieces that have come unglued as well as old vents that did not get a new sub floor over top and now the wood is sagging in that area. We were able to keep humidity at 40% in winter and since early march between 50-60%. I called during Easter break and was told by Carl it would be fixed one week after Easter. It is now mid - May and still calling weekly with NO results! I have been phoning on a weekly basis with no results! We finally had Carl and his worker in and many of the problems were fixed, unfortunately more were added i.e. a cracked board. I have since called and left pictures via text, but NO RESPONSE. Will keep at it!

  Worst service.I don't like pushy in your face sales people to begin with however I went in last Saturday and was greeted when I walked in I was there a good half hour and not one person came to help or see if I had any questions I then continued to look for my flooring on my own but it was a bit overwhelming especially when I myself do not see much difference between hardwood, engineered hardwood and laminate I left a bit perturbed to see a couple salesmen having a smoke around the corner will not go back they obviously are too busy for new customers

  I don't know too much about flooring, and the idea of replacing the floor in our living room was a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, a friend recommended Prestige to me. It was good to see all the options that they had in the store. Maybe too much choice! We ended up ordering some laminate, with the help of one of their sales people, and when it came they installed it too. The floor looks and feels great. We couldn't be happier. Once we save up, we'll probably be back when we fix up our bathroom.

  I just purchased some Bamboo flooring for our basement from Prestige Flooring. I was really impressed with their price and the knowledge of the sales girl. They helped me narrow down and pick the best product based upon my needs. I also really liked the large showroom and options that they have in the outlet center. The Flooring was easy for my husband to install and we even borrowed a few tools from Prestige to make the job easier.
  
  I will buy all of my flooring from Prestige Flooring and recommend all my friends to go here.
