Front office staff ignored me when I walked in, I was standing right in front of her, she deemed it more important to acknowledge her co workers daughter that walked in after me to hand her lunch to her.wow

Don't go for walk in just don't you're wasting your time.
Also to staff: don't bump people when some complains about how long they've been waiting. Even the rude woman who was supposed to go after me can wait her turn.response / report this review -

This place don't deserve a star
been there several times for the same complain/symptoms never been examined. and each doctor seems to have a different say/idea as to whats wrong. and still suffering

Had the worst experience here. Finally had booked an appointment with my family doctor (3 months in advance) then got a phone call the day of to tell me that she wasn't there and we would have to reschedule. After waiting another 3 months for the new appointment, I went in and they told me she wasn't there again! Tried to reschedule me for another few months later! I haven't gone back. I also tried to get the receptionist to help me send my prescription to the Shoppers on 22nd. Took them 2 weeks until I had enough and had to go elsewhere. Got a letter in the mail later saying they had sent it to the wrong drugstore (after i had clarified 3 different times and got the pharmacist to phone them). So all in all, worst experience ever. Missed appointments, missed medication. They need to get organized. Do not recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Worst medi clinic ever, they take twenty mins to answer the phone and have rescheduled my appointments I booked twice in a row on the day of and you have to wait at least 3 months to get an appointment with your family doctor. Oh also don’t bother booking an appointment because you’ll still end up waiting half an hour to 45 mins to get put into a room, where you then wait another 15 mins to actually see the doctor!

Went for an initial appointment. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was running on time. She was very friendly and relaxed, yet professional.

My son took time off work to do a meet & greet with a doctor he had an appointment with. He sat for 10 mins and asked about his appointment and was told oh the doctor did not show up today!!!!! he won't be returning and I will not bother making an appointment with a new doctor here either. I would give it minus stars!!

My family doctor retired and I have a new one Dr. Olobiyi, DO NOT go to her! She only works until noon, assumes something is wrong with you instead of taking her time to figure it out or give you the correct help. I am beyond pissed with the service I have received from her

As my first experience in saskatoon I have to say I'm am not going to come here again. I came in for a walk in appointment and my prescription still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy two days later. I came back and they told me it hadnt been sent because the prescription hasn't been signed, and proceeded to tell me to take a seat and that it would be a while yet.

Had an appointment and the walkin patients were going in and out faster, I finally left 1hr 30min later

The worst clinic in the city. Longest waits, some of the worst nurses. Literally every other clinic in the city has a shorter wait time and doesn't look at you like your nuts when you ask how much longer the wait will be. Dirty place too.

Was in for the walk in and was told only 30 min wait. After and hour has passed I ask what's going on and the receptionist told me that the walk in doctor was off at 12 (I got there at 10:40) and that if I wanted to be seen I would have to wait until 1 for the other doctor.
These are things you need to be telling people before they agree to wait. I had to leave by 12:30 so I would make it elsewhere on time.
Awful service on their part. Anything but impressed. Reception there is terrible. The doctors are great but their staff up front needs to wake up and treat patients appropriately.
Erindale clinic is definitely better speed wise.response / report this review
