Worst hospital i've ever seen.It's more like a prison.Very rude staff , security people who change the rules by the minute and are fast to anger at anyone who does not listen to them. People sitting for hour's waiting to be cared for , and when they get upset for feeling like they are forgotten the guard's are more than happy to escort the offender out.Right into the hands of the people that seem to just hang around and smoke and use there free wifi and beg for stuff from people who are just trying to visit a sick relative or friend. Im glad my father has been moved from that prison atmosphere. Some one need's to look at what the staff is doing and make corrections for the rude way they treat sick people and visitor's.

The nurses and doctors here are amazing. However, the drunkards and bums at the entrance is a whole other story. Security and the grounds keepers should be working hand in hand to clean the trash from that facility! What a horrible disgrace! Repulsive actually!

First impression? Run down, and unkept. As one enters emergency center, staff are negligent to the needs of new arrivals. Seats are disease ridden and people smoke so close to the doors the waiting room smells of tar.
Get your act in order. With the most deaths and worst rating in Canada you'd think you'd try to do better. For shame!! And you Call yourselves a Christianity based institutionresponse / report this review -

The non smoking area is so full of smoke it's hard to walk through it. The entrance inside the hospital smells of smoke. The bathroom needs more care. The 5th floor is the worst bathroom for toilet paper and hand towels. There has never been any hand sanitizer in the machine at the 5th floor elevators even though they want you to use it due to a virus in the hospital. The sani wipes have been out for a couple of days and now more containers are out. Other than sanitary problems the nurses are great the care is good, just bring your own disinfectant and if you're allergic to smoke, that a alternate entrance into the hospital.

i had chest infection and couldn't breathe properly. They said my vitals were good and just wait at the waiting room. I waited for 4 hrs and watch the patients go inside but i was there first. I asked them how long is it till my turn. they said they're just taking patients in first with "more serious" injury or illness. So, I just went home and didn't get checked up.

Family member in hospital and has had very good care. Our main concern is the safety of the hospital. People crowding front entrance, smoking in our faces and not there for treatment but a place for warmth in winter and just a hangout for a lot of undesirables. There is a recording on a speaker asking people not to smoke and that is ridiculous! Clean this hospital up!

Spent 4 days here, staff on 2nd floor were awesome but staff on floor 5 were horrible. Was not checked up on, had to call a nurse to remind them of the pain killers.. I would at least expect a "hey, how are you feeling" once and a blue moon.

I was referred there from my doctor Alex Yatsina to see Dr. Harrington.
The level of care I got there was unbelievable top notch , I was well-informed ,all of the staff knew what their job was and did it well ,excellent job keep it up👍

Amazing hospital and staff! Very good experience here with surgery and other visits. The down side is the area it is in. It seemed quite unsafe, especially after dark.
