Rates are going up to $50+ per month they are claiming to add more equipment but its all a scam. Plus absolutely no parking for a gym this size. Much better gyms in the area for a better price. $15 price increase.no thanks say goodbye to a 15 yr member. Nash is much better value.

This is a great gym that offers friendly staff, well maintained equipment, and a store where you can purchase health powders and shakes. They have childcare, which is great, but it costs about $40/month and there are no regular fitness classes (aerobics/spin etc). Which is important for me. I went to Mobile Bandit App and downloaded a free 10 day pass to try it out. Had a good experience but I'm not sure I would pay the monthly fee and join.

Not the newest gym I have seen, but the equipment is in good working shape. Not super busy. Has lots of different workout areas such as a core workout area, weight area, machines and a ladies only area. Equipment isn't super old but it is much better than what you would find at a community center. There is a large group classroom but their classes run in smaller sizes because the classroom is filled with equipment for resistance training, and barbells.

I have only been in the ladies locker/change room. The room is very outdated, and in poor shape. The walls and tiles make the room seem small and confined. Lockers are a nice size, super wide and we can fit lots in them. Think of going to the gym in the cooler months when we have tons of rain and thick jackets. This would be a perfect size for all our stuff. Also the ladies room have two separate entrances one leading in from the core area and the other from weight room. I don't know about you but I quite frankly don't like hearing men drop the weights and grunt loudly while I am trying to take a shower and freshen up. There usually is only one working shower stall and it looks really old and inefficient, it works but if I had a choice I wouldn't use it.

The gym itself right across the street from two major grocery stores which makes it easy to get a post workout snack. There are some snacks (for those post work out days where you forget to bring your own) available in the gym shop along with a large variety of protein powders, spices and meal supplements. Be wary though, because lots of the items are very expensive and there are cheaper options elsewhere.

I like this Gym but the only issue i have with them is lack of parking area. they have to extend the parking area more wider to buy some empty place around the area.

Great gym. The best equipment hands down. Whether youre into crossfit, powerlifting, cardio, or boxing they've got the equipment. Just make sure to go there when its not too busy.

The staff is horribly rude and very disrespectful, as well as the managers. they only care about making money and will charge you extra fees and double your monthly gym fee. The women's only section is a joke, from the co-ed area you can see right into the women's area. Would never go back. Just horrible.

Not sure why the reviews are so low for this place. It has lots of equipment, dumbells up to 150lbs, lots of cardio machines, and a turf area for athletic workouts. Monthly fees aren't that high either. Top notch facility. Enjoy all my workouts here.

This is basically a huge warehouse building made into a gym, numerous machines and a huge amount of free weights, gym is super packed during the prime rush time between 5-7Pm. Best time to go is 8PM since it shows down a bit. I would recommend this gym to others.
