Spa is about a 3.5. Location is great! 4/5. Very short distance from ferry terminal. RMT I had is about a 3.5.

Location was perfect, scenic views, interesting watching the ferries come and go, good beach access, access to local amenities, friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant and spa were very good. Highly recommended island experience.

If I could give 10 stars.I would! Connie and her staff went above and beyond to make our night extra special. The service, food and atmosphere was beyond amazing!

Went there for a massage in their spa. It was great, I rarely felt so relaxed in my life, not only mentally but also physically.
The staff was helpful, asked me about my occupation so they knew what body parts to work on.
The location is perfect, I had the massage in the little shed in their inner garden, really nice, warm place with a small waterfall sound.response / report this review -

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced attempting to book a hotel stay. I am attending a wedding in July and have called the owner Connie now 4 times to try to book accommodation there (as there are extremely limited spots available on the whole island). Back in January I was told that I would receive a call back the following day.nothing happened. I called again the following week, she apologized for not responding back to me as she was busy with a weddingno harm no foul, but again she said she would have to call me back as she requested to speak to the bride and groom to ensure that I was able to book.again no call back. Now the third time I call back in February she said she hasn't had time to phone them and she would have to take my name and number. (It is becoming clear to me she doesn't really want my business, nor she cares how her lack of service is affecting the wedding guests because she knows the whole Inn will be booked up regardless). The final time I called in to her was early March, and she now tells me that every room in the hotel has already accounted for and I will have to find somewhere different to stayIf I could give this 0 Stars I absolutely would, I have never had a hotel actually refuse to rent a room to a willing customer.

Mr first visiting galiano island. I stayed there and the view was great! It is right by the lake. great for people who want to see the lake. Wifi was okay.

Made dinner reservations for a party of five , for 7:30 pm Sunday July 2 and were to be picked at Montague Harbour Marina between 7:00 and 7:15 , after phoning and getting a phone message many times" sorry we can't come to the phone right now " we gave up . One hour after our pick time we get a call , where are you, when told of the screw up they asked would liked to be picked up you now , No was the answer . Called July 5 to speak to an owner or manager , still waiting for a call back for an explanation as to what went wrong . Been here many times before and recommended to other boaters , never again nor will ever go back Tom S
