I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are ok, but the service is atrocious. It takes an extensive amount of time to reach someone, and they don't appear to have any ability to be responsive, polite, or informed. Do not waste your money or energy here.

Good location in downtown, close to theatres, but lacked any deals for parking, best place to park is the hospital opposite if you do not need to take the car in and out. Most of the city is easy walking distance from here. Great bar to relax for a drink and eat if you want.

Mediocre hotel. I would not rate as a four star hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Waited almost an hour and a half (after the 3pm check in time) to get a room. Room was big, but in need of updating and repairs. Also, no thermostat in room so can't control the temperature. Would rate this hotel a low 3 stars overall. Location is good, near the Eaton's center and hospital. Walls are thin and can hear guests in other rooms. Bed was comfortable.

The place is beautiful. What can I say, there's a 24h breakfast place attached to the building; you've got the big theatres across the street; and the emergency room is half a block away so save your cab money for drinks and take the ambulance home! (Jokes, please enjoy responsibly)

Location was amazing. Walking distance to lots of cool stuff. Room was clean and lots of amenities. Service couldn't have been better..great stay

The location is great for theatre goers but that is about the best that can be said. The rooms are very dated and the hotel is, in general, very tired. The decor is cheap '80s / '90s in the room and the bathroom is from the '70s and is what you would expect in an old Hotel 8 on the side of a highway. Priced for the location but overpriced if you are looking for something nice.

The location was both interesting and convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is nice, but the fixtures and rooms are a bit cheaply done. Materials and furniture is rough and in our case the AC didn't work. It doesn't really matter, though, as the location makes up for the difference.

Wonderful hotel! Spent one night here. Very clean, modern, spacious, elegant. Very home-y. I would stay here again! Loved the furniture and layout of the room! The bed was extremely big and comfortable. Very friendly staff! My only complaint is , i wasn't a fan of the pillows. Found them a little hard.

Staying for 10 days, rooms are decent. Kitchen and washer dryer in unit with is a plus as I'm here for work and don't want to eat out or go to a laundromat. Had to ask 3 times for cookware though as there was non in the room. They said they charge $6 a day for internet which is absurd, but since it was my first stay they gave it to my for free. You'd figure a fancy hotel like this would include internet. Their gym facility was better then i would've guessed, all sorts of machines and free weights. They need more clocks around the fitness center so people can time their rest periods better. Staff is super friendly. So far it has been a pretty good stay. Still have 8 nights to go though so we'll see.

Homey suites that include full kitchen, bathroom and even a washer and dryer. A bit outdated and beds are a bit hard but very urban chic. One of my fave hotels now. The meeting I coordinated there also went really good, with amazing meals.

Great overnight stay. Nice size of room and comfy bed. Room could have been a little cleaner since I found some hair still on the floor around the bed. Nice to have a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer in room. Great views of downtown Toronto.

The hotel and our room was nice. Our room was on the top floor in a corner so we had a great view. However, the bathtub plug did not work and our coffee maker did not work the first night. It is also next to the hospital, so you can frequently hear sirens at night. The location was convenient and we had a one minute walk to the subway and the mall.

As a return guest to the Pntages Hotel, we have found that it is well located to may restaurants and entertainment locations. The service is excellent from the moment you pull up front. The front desk is courteous and helpful and the rooms are well looked after. We have enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
