Situated in a very good place. You can go walking to the Eaton Center Mall, just 5 minutes walking. The hotel is clean, small, good price. I suggest no to pay more in the rate to add breakfast. Is not good. Is better to go to eaton centre to eat.

I'm really only giving it 1 star for location and 1 star for having usable bathrooms.

At check in, I discovered this hotel has NO KING BEDS. That's a deal breaker for me.

The roomsnothing exciting. Not dirty. But not comfy either. Extremely small rooms.

The bedscheap spring mattresses. Minimal bedding, of minimal quality. And just two pillows that seem toddler-sized (perhaps done intentionally to make the bed and room appear larger).

Needles to say, my wife and I did not sleep well at all.

I'm sure this hotel serves its purpose for some, but personally, I'll never go back. I'm even going to avoid using Priceline again to avoid the chance I might get this property again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, really close to many attractions. The standard room was pretty small, but the bed was comfy. Hotel parking lot is located across the street and you have to ring a buzzer to be let into the parking garage, which makes it safer but a bit of a hassle. You can get a good price on a room here with a third party site and for the low price, the room is well worth it given the location.

I've stayed at Bond Place several times. During this stay there was work being done on the hotel, which unfortunately meant that drilling and other power tools could be heard through the paper-thin walls, as well as workers slamming doors from about 8am to 10am. Very close to Dundas square, so if you're going to Toronto for shopping it's a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in excellent area. Everything is close by and on walking distance. When I was there, heavy construction work was going on on the streets (outside the control of the hotel).

Hotel rooms was bit small but overall I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the house keeping was great at keep room clean.

Bathroom was roomy and clean.

There was mini fridge in the room but no bar. Coffee and tea packets were available. I did not try the breakfast option as there were so many other options around the hotel.

The only negative point is that during my stay the place was noisy, even at night when there was no construction work. They need to provide noise isolation.

TIP: Try to avoid the front facing rooms (over looking Imperial Pub) because of noise. Also ask for the top most floor room, you might get good views.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The rooms are very small, but they make the best of the space. If you're someone who only uses a room for sleeping, and not to hang out in, this is a great place. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because you can hear a little more from the hallways than you typically hear in other hotels and check in took 45 minutes. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but 45 minutes after travelling all day was tough. The staff remained calm and friendly for all guests though.

Location is sketchy. Didn't feel overly safe outside. Main lobby small and very little to offer guests. Rooms small and look good on the surface. Our bathroom door was a sliding door and would not stay closed. Good walking distance from the mall. Not somewhere I would stay again especially with kids. Glad I went with a friend and not my family.

The location was perfect.

Parking was 25 bucks a night, And you have to pay for Internet. But I guess that was all reasonable considering the price.

The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the window was amazing. The toilet was very clean and comfortable as well. Will go again.
Staff were kind and welcoming.
Wheelchair accessible.

Fantastic location right downtown Dundas. Had a room on the sixteenth floor with incredible views. The room was a little small but this is downtown. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. Decor was pretty tasteful. Got a great deal when booking that included parking and Internet in the price. And while the parking is close and convenient the Internet was pretty terrible. It took far too long to get connected and when you did you could time your soft boiled eggs by your disconnections. I'd have been right angry if I had paid the extra the hotel charges for it. At least there's an exercise room on the second floor.

Small but clean and quaint rooms. We found it noisy both in the hallways and outside due to the downtown environment and some large groups staying at the hotel. Not the hotels fault but a bit hard to get a full night sleep in our case. Staff were friendly and the restaurant in the hotel serves a good breakfast. Amenities like Internet, etc for the room we booked cost extra.

The rooms are small, but it is in the best location so it balances out. Minutes from Dundas square and the Eaton center. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. Good place if you want to just use your room for sleeping and want to explore Toronto.

Very clean and modern hotel, ideally situated. Rooms a little on the small side but do contain coffee maker, fridge etc. WiFi is not great. Front of desk staff were very helpful when we had to be moved due to faulty air conditioning and noisy pipework! They also gave lots of useful recommendations for food and drinks. Would recommend.

Although everything about the hotel was generally nice, I feel that certain amenities can be improved upon. The towels were extremely scratchy and the bathroom door didn't close properly, and in fact would slide back open. Other than these issues, the experience was great. I would recommend to friends and family.

Bond Place is well located for anything you are doing in downtown Toronto. The service staff are very good, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small yet completely adequate for their purpose; sleeping. There is no space in the room to do anything else. Unfortunately, their one accessible entrance is locked, and the alleged wheelchair ramp at that entrance has at least a 15 degree slope. So, if you're hale and hearty, and focused on business, Bond Place is a good choice. If you're doing R&R, there are better choices in downtown Toronto.
