  I have never been to any store with such a friendly and helpful sales group. Each person who I have been served by has given their honest opinion and have searched to ensure that I get the right look and fit. They truly are a 5 Star establishment.

  My new husband and I bought his suit for our wedding here. We had incredible service by the lovely staff that works at the front. We were shocked to meet (though he never really acknowledged us) the incredibly rude tailor. We met him twice - the first time he treated us like nothing, but we let it go. The second time, he was blatantly rudewe came in for an opinion on the suit pant length with the shoes and he scoffed at us and basically didn't want to give us an opinion. He ignored my then fiances outstretched hand to shake and basically treated us like scum, literally glaring at us; i felt extremely uncomfortable. It was really upsetting to be treated like this before our wedding. Thank you to the lovely woman who stood up for us when the tailor was so awfully rude. I guess he's good at what he does, but nobody needs to treat humans so terribly.

  Dale, Vanessa and everyone else at Outlooks provide excellent service and real advice on the fit of the clothes and accessories they sell. There's a great selection of items manufactured in Canada and Europe too.

  SAVED FOR MY WEDDING!! THANK YOU VANESSA!
  I'm getting married this weekend and lost my bow tie Theyre closed for renos but I told them the story and Vanessa found me the perfect bow tie and even helped me tie it. Thanks so much you guys saved me!
