I had a hydra facial done 10 days ago and my skin is glowing! The results were instant and my skin only got better with time! The knowledge that they have regarding skin care is phenomenal! They recommend their Eminence skin care line and set me up with a daily routine. My skin feels so good!! This is not my first experience with skin care treatments and products and it has far exceeded my expectations! I look forward to watching the owner Liz’s Facial Friday’s on Facebook at 6pm It has taught me allot about hyperpigmentation, hormonal imbalances, dry and dull skin. I highly recommend Heaven on the Rock Spa for all your skin care needs and I can’t wait to come back for my derma roller facial and laser treatments!!

My daughter and I have been going to Heaven Spa on the Rock for years. Liz and Barry always deliver personalized treatments with such professionalism, attentiveness, and quality. I have been going to Heaven Spa for about eight years, and they are simply the best! Their service is always on point, they use Eminence Organics product line, and they never overcharge or try to sell you products that you don't need. I highly recommend Heaven Spa, especially the facials, they're all fantastic.

I was recommended this Spa a few years ago from a friend and I haven't looked elsewhere since! Having had bad skin at stages of my life, I've always been very particular when it comes to facials. But Elizabeth and her team use the best high quality organic products and offer beauty tips and advise to solve the problem, all in a super relaxing and cozy environment. You walk away refreshed as well as feeling you've got value for money (reasonably priced considering the pampering you get). Elizabeth is very knowledge, has a great energy and is generous, often offering discounts & promotions and little goodies to her clients of sample products etc. Come for a visit, you will not be disappointed!

Brilliant! Just brilliant!
It had been a long time since I've had a brazilian wax, so I was a little nervous. But Elizabeth was amazing! I felt at ease the moment I saw her. It was as though I was talking with a good friend. She was very thorough, very quick, and very professional. And the oil she gave me to put on when the job was done was amazing! All that being said, it was also the most affordable wax I found! Oh, and it's a beautiful spa to boot.
I will definitely be going back, and referring Heaven spa to all my friends.

My idea of heaven! Elizabeth is the best waxer ever! Best facial too! Not to mention a real sweetheart! Love this spa so much. I never thought I would find a spa so beautiful, so excellent, and yet also within my price range.
It is evident how awesome this spa is by the difficulty in getting an appointment, but if you are willing to be patient, you are in for a special treat. You will have found a treasure in Oak Bay.
