Amazing. I cannot praise this place enough. My skin was so bad due to the masks. And as a Healthcare worker I wear them 9-10 hours a day. My skin is clearing. Kaho is just amazing. And the front end ladies were great with info about products and treatments. To a point I bought some extras. Great place.

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. The staff that I met were friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and and the pedicure and facial that I received were excellent. My skin is glowing today! I cannot wait to come back.

Always a great experience at this spa. I had body massage, facial, foot acupressure and pedicure done.
Loved and enjoyed all the treatments but I would say, foot acupressure is kinda interesting. She felt a specific pressure point on my feet that is related to an ongoing condition I’ve had for more than a year now. I wasn’t prepared to have that discussion at that time but did mention about it later on.
Nail polish lasted over a month even with almost nightly soak in the hot tub. I finally had to trim my nails as the new nail growth is taking over the color of the polish.
I love the ambience, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating. Definitely my go-to spa!response / report this review -

First the place was or appeared to be clean and the staff were adhering to the Covid requirements.
Not the best pedicure I have experienced. My granddaughter and I went to celebrate her birthday. Neither esthetician introduced themselves, I had to ask for their names. My girls attention to details left a bit to be desired and she put the polish on so thickly that it is actually coming off in chunks or the polish was to old and thick, not sure which.
My granddaughter was thrilled with the special treat and that it what matters in the long run.response / report this review -

My first visit was when my husband gave me a surprise by booking a package in Spa Alita. I loved the pedicure by Holly. She was amazing. I will visit this place again.

This was not a good place to deal with. They called my company to help them with some tech support. We sent our tech out who discovered the problem and then sent them an invoice to look over before we sent our tech out to do the fix. They ok'd it and made payment but then after complained about made up charges which were items they knew about and did not have to pay as we did not have to come do the fix if they were not comfortable with. It was not a pleasant experience when dealing with them from a B2B perspective, something I recommend everyone really consider your options before taking this on.
