This is one of the best places I have stayed in for my dollar. Very welcoming and friendly service. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Very easy to find. Quick check-in. Took us quite a while to figure out how to turn the A/C on, but once we did it greatly increased our opinions.

I will never stay here again. I found the front desk staff to be extremely unorganized and rude. Backwards outdated policies on their payment policies. Expensive rooms for no amenities. No school group should ever stay here!! Warning from another athletic director.

If it would let me give no stars I would. This is the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. They couldn't find my reservation when we went to check in because their computers were down, and had been down for over 3 weeks which meant they were not up when I did reserve the room. They ended up "finding" us a room, however, they charged both credit cards; one with a no show, and one with a room. I find this ridiculous considering they couldn't find my reservation because the computer was down but they sure found my credit card information I used to book the room to charge it with the no show. I have been contacting them for over a month about their mistake and no one will deal it, all they have said is that I was charged with a no show because the reservation was for the wrong date ( the day before) when I know the specific date I had booked for and it was they mess up, I feel like this is a cop-out by them. By far the worst hotel to deal with ever!

SOMEBODY HAS TO SHUT THIS HOTEL DOWN!!! THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! AND I WAS LOCKED OUT AFTER HOURS, CALLING SO MANY TIMES AND THEY WERNT ANSWERING, I STARTED BANGING ON THE DOOR BECAUSE ITS -30 WEATHER AND MY CAR TURNED OFF!! I HAVE A ROOM THERE THAT I GOT THE DAY OF AND I COULDNT BELIEVE THAT THE FROMT DESK CLERK SAID "oh sorry i cant open the door because i have no security" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? IT IS FREEZING OUTSIDE IV BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 40 MINUTES!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE GUYS I dont know how these other reviews are high! I'm calling head office tomorrow and making sure that front desk clerk gets fired and i get a FULL refund. Bastards

DO NOT STAY HERE***** I stayed in this hotel last night and woke up covered in 50+ BED BUG BITES! When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and owner they were not sympathetic and totally unsurprised. (It's likely they were aware of this issue and continuing to rent rooms to guests anyway) What a disgusting and frustrating experience!
To top it off, the clerk calls me two minutes after my check-out time to remind me to "leave immediately". Absolutely no courtesy, no apologies, and no professionalism. Not to mention I'm travelling for work and now spending the rest of the week presenting coated in swollen, itchy, disgusting bed bug bites that spread from my feet to my face. I reiterate- DO NOT STAY HERE.response / report this review -

Overall staff was pleasant, room was nice enough, AC worked well enough to sleep. Room was clean. Would definitely consider them again if we needed a hotel in Okotoks and thier rates were still competitive.

Friendly staff, good location, safe parking/neighborhood, first floor recently remodeled due to flood so everything's new, decent wifi, small, but okay breakfast.
Very happy to have found this spot in Okotoks, what a nice little town.response / report this review
