Desk service was great in and out, area was fantastic; but the room was ice cold and the tv barely worked. Bed was super uncomfortable and breakfast was disgusting. It was roaches short of a roach motel.

Old school, cold as hell, sofa pullout bed was more comfortable than the bed. Dishes weren't clean in kitchenette, lights were dim. Felt like roaches belonged there. Cable constantly dropped as did wifi. Only good part was desk service at check in. Breakfast was terrible.

I was actually very surprised with how nice the inn was for the price. It's rare to find an affordable place to stay with such clean, comfortable rooms. Every single staff member I encountered was smiling and happy to help.

Total disaster! Dirty, stinky and dated as my grandpa's pants. Don't waste your time and money. This place should be permanently closed.

Super friendly staff. They take care of it and you can see they are improving but some of the rooms were kinda sketchy if you aren't in the main building. Pools great too.

We stayed overnight while visiting Vancouver. Compared to other hotels, this inn was very affordable and provided a nice, basic room (ours, rm 234, happened to have an extra sitting area with couch, tht was very nice). They had a nice outdoor pool and some sheltered outdoor places to sit / visit. Our room was clean; water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but it was fine for us for a simple overnite stay.

I made a reservation onsite for that night (it was noon) and they ran it for the wrong day. I clarified I needed it that night and they said it would be twice as expensive and a smoking room (which is disgusting and a fire hazard). I politely declined and asked if I could cancel. They said they needed 24 hours notice (this was 30 hours from the incorrect booking). They said they would cancel and I left cordially. Once I was out of town they changed their mind and said I couldn't cancel and charged my card. This was theft. This is the shadiest hotel I've ever tried to work with. Truly awful. Avoid. Also, smoking rooms in 2017? This establishment is disgusting.

There was absolutely no internet in our room. There was mildrew all over the bathroom ceiling. One of the walls in the room had dried drippings of a gooey black substance running down it. But the worse thing was the bed, my back has been wrecked for two days now Never again will I stay here.

I wish I could give -5 stars. Staff at front desk is incredibly rude. Our suite didn't have a working phone which was so inconvenient, found GARBAGE in my pillowcase which makes me believe it was used (gross) The cable kept cutting out, Internet randomly stops working for hours at a time. The breakfast consists of cereal, toast, and hot cereal. The cutting board was moldy, the fridge froze all my food and when i turned the temperature down it rained nasty fridge water on EVERYTHING so I had to throw it all out. Had to pay an ENTIRE EXTRA NIGHT to check out late at 4pm despite being there for a week already.
If your thinking of saving money by booking here id advise against it, you'll end up spending more in wasted food/stress/extra fees.

Staff is nice. Room wasn't too clean, as I am staying with my kids I cleaned the kitchen area. Some cooking appliances, no oven pan, only two tiny plates , I usually take paper ones from the contenental breakfast. Coin laundry which is nice, and cappachino machine. Good price though, and booking in advance added decent discounts to our bill.

Good for the price, but don't expect much. Housekeeping only vacuums if you ask them to and Continental breakfast is little more than cereal and toast. That being said, I would say here again as they have cooking facilities in the suite.

Was a decent hotel. Had variety of breakfast ' s. Located close to the city, ferry, and bridges. Excellent water pressure in the shower!!
Sitting rooms within rooms. All staff that we spoke with, we're curtious and helpful. They did their best to keep the snow off the parking lot.response / report this review
