  Had a wonderful stay at a downtown Vancouver condo provided by EMR Vacation Rentals. The condo was so conveniently located, we could walk to everything and the SkyTrain was just outside the building. We had a car parked in the building but only used it to venture outside the city.
  
  The check-in and check-out process was so easy, we just picked up and dropped off the keys at the office and were on our way. The morning we left we stopped at the organic juice bar 2 blocks from the EMR office and had some really amazing juice, a great end to the time spent.
  
  Thanks EMR, we couldn't have asked for more.

  I am a travel agent and I booked a vacation rental on behalf of clients through EMR Vacation Rentals .
  
  When I attempted to claim the rightful commission, EMR refused stating that the booking was not made by a travel agency. All correspondance with EMR clearly showed that I was a travel agent and, in fact, the booking agent at EMR, acknowledged that I was an agent.
  
  This company, EMR Vacation Rentals, should be avoided, as their business practices are unethical.

  I have been in business for 12 years and I have to say their reservation system is the best in BC for vacation properties. There is a really excellent range of properties as well. But most of all the customer service is second to none. More than anything else I like the staff.

  Knowing many rental agencies in Vancouver, EMR Vacation Rentals is by far the most reliable company specialized in furnished accommodations.
