Sales staff is good. One of the best I've seen across all dealerships. No pressure at all.

After purchase service department is pretty bad. Never returning calls and not interested in just answering simple question unless there's a sales attached.

tried to book an appointment for an oil change in the next 2 weeks but they said they are fully booked everyday until near the end of November because everyone is booked for changing winter tires. I mean they should save some slots for other services NOT ONLY for winter tires right? What if there is an emergency break down with my car? Kinda disappointed with this kind of scheduling system they have.

Such a smooth experience! We dealt with Albert and his team to get my mother in law a 2018 CX-3 while i was outside the province and unable to attend in person.
I was very relieved to see the whole transaction was pressure free with no surprises and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The process was handled with care from start to finish never rushing through the details. I would highly recommend dealing with Albert and his team and will return in the future.

I bought my Mazda3 Sport GT two days ago with the incredible support and guidance from Mac Wu. Mac went out of his way to listen to our needs as well as help us find the perfect vehicle. He went beyond anything I expected and educated me on my new car as well as was a patient, understanding and very kind source of help. I enjoyed purchasing my vehicle at Metrotown Mazda and will recommend them to all my friends and family in the near future.

I used the service centre recently to have a new primary key cut for my wife's Mazda 5 - it works great. Also, the back up key for the vehicle never actually worked and even though the policy is to charge for a replacement, Brad was great help, going "above and beyond" to ensure I had a new key in hand in a matter of minutes, at no additional cost. He was understanding, helpful and professional. Outstanding work Brad, from another satisfied customer.

Bought a 2017 Mazda 3 yesterday after a long process of getting rid of my previous car and trading it to Mazda. Mac, Edward & Lisa made everything possible.
