I had a wonderful time listening to the two fellas on the pianos. They took any request and sang their heart out. Incredible voices. The food was excellent. Highly recommend Personas Lounge.❤

A good place to have a drink and people watch. I am not a gambler so I can't speak to the gaming side. It was packed at 9:30 pm. Free parking which is always nice. Non-smoking although, I could definitely smell smoke coming in from the "smoking terraces"

    Convenient location off highway.

Free parking. Easy to use washrooms on upper floor above lobby.

Good ambience, like the gaming area on multi floors so the view is there.

My husband and I have enjoyed our visits to Gran Villa for over a year now, the food and service is wonderful. The excitement in this establishment is way too addicting. And yet I'm still able to find a nice quiet corner to play slots (some times) Good luck and enjoy people from near and far.

Don't Care attitude casino. This casino is badly managed. People got badly injured here before, in the washroom & parking lot.
Food service is terrible. Sometimes it took more than 1hr to order a sandwich.
Security staffs are rude and acted like policemen.
Parking lots are not safe. Cars parked in the premises are often got broken into because there is no 24-hour patrolling.
Washrooms are badly maintained and often dirty, especially are not safe, because they are usually wet and slippery. People fell and got broken legs there before.

Absolutely appalled by the service of security and management. Not a problem that we were asked for ID, but the manner in which we were asked was rude and condescending. Was told to go back to my hotel room twice to collect 2 pieces of ID (I appreciate these are the rules), but the manner in which we were told was as if we had committed a crime! Asked to speak to the security guy's supervisor, who was even worse! When we explained that we were just going in for food and had been in for lunch earlier with no problem and no ID checked, yet now were being spoken to in such a rude manner, he looked at me blank faced, again as if there was no problem. Instead of apologising or even acknowledging that we were the customers, he went on to say 'I don't know what your problem is'; 'I like to know all the facts first' and when asked why others (who also looked very young!) were being freely allowed in with no ID check, he said 'how do you know they're not regulars or returning customers?' I was absolutely fuming by this point, completely ruined our evening and what had so far been a pleasant stay in Vancouver.

We went to complain at front desk of the attached hotel where we were saying, who were so accommodating and apologetic. They took us to their restaurant and offered us $50 towards our meal and a small bottle of wine. Victoria and Brendon were absolutely lovely and if you do go to the Delta Burnaby, I highly recommend going to their in house restaurant as the food was delicious and service, impeccable.

Avoid the stupid casino at all costs-it's not worth the rubbish service'

Be cautious when you cash out and double check the counts if you're gambling. That said the location is great and there's a lot of variety, bar food is overpriced!!! for what you get, it used to have value, now It has msg curly fries and gives me the runs the next day. Make sure your food is cookedThere is live music, a DJ, and dancing. There's some really great staff there and a few bad apples. Security there runs around like a bunch of high school thugs it's quite pathetic yet entertaining at times. Great patio action in the summer, if you like to wear a skirt and dance the night away.

I love the variety of things to do here. The order time however is really long. The food being decent as well. But I really like the cleaning here it seems tidy while other casinos are usually sticky.

I love this casino. It's a big casino with a great selection of games, drinks ( including the nice wine bar upstairs ) . Awesome patios to sit on to have smokes. Lots of parking that's close. Prompt enough service.
    1-The reason I am giving it 3 stars :
Why are 90% of the people in there Asian ? The machines even speak Chinese. I do not feel as if though I am in canada when I'm here.
    2- roulette :
outside bets on video roulette should be 1$
    3-video roulette move soooo slow
4- it's annoying to gamble there on Friday / Saturdays because the restaurant / bar attached gets out of control and the whole casino turns into a nightclub. Young drunk people everywhere. Extremely loud music and people screaming -not relaxing/enjoyable to be around when you come to gamble.
5- drinks are pretty expensive. Cheapest glass of wine is 13$ ?

The best casino in my opinion out of the whole lower mainland and trust me I love going to the Casino. The food is 5 Star along with everything else any normal Casino would offer. I love the bar also and it is one of their main attractions. Its rumored to be called the "million dollar bar" I was thinking maybe because it is so pretty and they spent that amount making it, not sure but I will definately take some nice pictures of it the next time I return.

Nicest casino in Greater Vancouver. They are constantly upgrading the decor and food. The chow mein is addictive. It's pretty upscale here but you can show up in yoga pants and nobody would care or notice. Gourmet food options but there's also a cheap cafeteria style buffet. The buffet is the least impressive feature of the dining options. Food is OK but it's just small cafeteria tables and no presentation. It's all about volume and that it.
