As family we are completely satisfied with our experience buying a great used car at Mercedes Richmond thanks to all the extraordinary things that were done by our sales person Mr. Andrei S whom made sure that we could have what we were looking for, exactly the way we had planned. At the end of the day he made sure we left with a good cup of coffee!

Mr. Richard Roberto in Richmond auto mall is definitely one of the best salespersons we have ever met. He explained everything in details and helped us get our dream car. The date we picked up the car, he did a through demonstration and set-up everything for us before we left. Highly recommend Richard for anyone who plans to buy a Mercedes-Benz.

Wow!! Ask for Adrian Chew if you're looking for a Mercedes or Smart Car. He's the nicest and so helpful. Very knowledgeable about all the cars. He repeatedly went above and beyond for us. We felt so relaxed and comfortable with him helping us find the right vehicle. He never pressured us on anything. We made a lot of requests and he would meet them all so quickly. He picked us up many times when we didn't have a car. He made the whole car buying experience super fun and easy. I'm referring all my friends and family to him!

Richard Roberto was very patient and helpful all throughout the search for our car. His dealings with us were consistent even if the search took months since we have very specific features and color in mind.

We really felt taken over by his professionalism and willingness to make things happen during the entire process, from choosing the car we wanted with the precise characteristics we were looking for, to making a very well informed purchase.
In addition, the services of the staff were beyond what we expected, It's refreshing to encounter this kind of service and commitment to costumers, so we are definitively thinking on returning again to buy our next car in this establishment or just to say hi and have a coffee. :-)response / report this review -

This dealership has very excellent service. We visited a few dealerships before this one, and couldn't find the car we wanted, since all salesmen were very pushy, not very friendly, and were all just about the money. Andrei Simonenko, the salesman who helped us, was a really nice man. He helped us find the car we wanted, and was not being pushy in any way. All the others there were also very nice people, and the whole place was very clean too. I wish I could give the dealership more than 5 stars :)

We just bought our car couple days ago and had a very good experience with all the staff at Richmond Mercedes. They are very caring and friendly. I want to thank our sales person Andrei who went above and beyond to help our deal happen, he was very knowledgeable and patient, went through every possible detail about the car to make sure we are comfortable with our new purchase and also want to thank Amy (our sales manager) who really worked hard to help us to get the best deal.

Excellent service and superb experience. I must say that I was quite impressed with the service and care provided my sales rep at Mercedes Benz Richmond. If you want to check out the opportunity or even wonder if you want to buy one in the future, I would recommend visiting Richard Roberto. He would not oversell you or push you to make up your mind. He would work with you to find and get what you want. Although it is totally up to you to make an ultimate decision, I think you will appreciate the help and support that you will receive from him. We had previously purchased a pre-owned Smart car from the Richmond Mercedes dealership so when it was time to replace it we didn't hesitate in going back. The second time was even better than the first! Adrian made the whole process pleasant and smooth. He arranged the test drive so everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. He was super helpful and answered all our questions. He even made the trade in process of our old Smart car simple, going above and beyond. I can't say enough about how great he was!! Kira in the business office was also very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was greatcar buying is completely stress free at Richmond Mercedes.

I found the sales staff very good, my salesman knew the product, was patient answering all my questions and generally was made to feel comfortable.
On the negative side, there was an identical car on the lot, same model, year, color, options and price but with half the mileage that I stubble upon on my own. I felt somewhat cheated that I had not been mad aware that is same vehicle was available. It was like they unloaded the high miler on me. Upon driving my "new" car home I noticed a cracking noise coming from the sunroof/rear window area and a thudding noise coming from the rear end. When I arrived home I phoned my salesman and reported what I had experienced. The following day I took the car to the local Mercedes shop where it was road tested. Their findings were; something loose in the rear end and a bad rattle in the sunroof. Both need attention.
I again phoned my salesman with my findings and was told it was still under warranty and to take it to the nearest Mercedes dealership for repairs. What? I buy a car that is "Certified" and my next stop is having it repaired?? Are you kidding me? No wonder they unloaded the high miler on me. I'm not happy!
Mercedes Canada sent me a "Customer Satisfaction" email to respond on my purchasing experience with Mercedes Richmond. I filled it out reflecting the same as I have written here. Their response.nothing! Speaks volumes about their sincerity with customer service.
You have to really do your homework when dealing with this dealership, have your purchase thoroughly inspected by a trusted 3rd party.
Please learn from my mistake and misguided trust. Fool me once. I will never deal with Mercedes Canada again.response / report this review -

I bought a C300 from Andrei last month and he was one of the most professional sales associates I have encountered. He truly listened to what myself and my wife were looking for and worked very hard to find the right product for the right price. Thank you Andrei for a fantastic purchasing experience. If you have troubling deciding what car to buy, pop in to Mercedes Benz Richmond and see Adrian. I have never met a more patient and friendly consultant before. He took time to listen to all we needed in a vehicle and patiently took time to go over what he thought would be the most suitable for our needs. This was the first time we have ever left a showroom totally comfortable knowing our purchase was the right one. Highly recommended!
