  They did some work on a friends car that looks terrible, paint doesnt match and body panels dont align. They wont fix there mistake. Stay far away from herw

  They did some work on a car for me after an accident. Paint no longer matches, there are body panels not aligned and a few other small things. They will not fix there mistake. Avoid this place at all cost.

  I went multiple times with complaints about my car, he disregarded my complaints and said my car was fine, next thing i know my alignment is out on the 401 and I almost lose my life. If you want to be driving in a dead trap go here, if not run the other way.

  I found Marcel’s Collision staff courteous and efficient. They did a good job and I was very pleased with the end results
  When I called around between auto body repair shops, Marcel’s had the quicker turn around. I spoke with the Owner and notified him about my situation and what I was looking for and what I needed, and he was happy to accommodate
  I did read the other reviews, the one regarding money being stolen from his vehicle. When I brought my car to Marcel’s I made sure everything was taken out and cleaned before dropping it off at their garage. Usually I normally would do that before dropping my vehicle somewhere overnight. I know you shouldn’t have too… But it’s a custom I grew used too
  They called me a week later to follow up, I did notify them about something and they were quick and willing to take my car in for examination
  Jason the (I want to say supervisor) came out and personally verified with me that everything was ok, and if I had any issues to let him know.

  I brought my car in to be repaired after a rear end collision. All of the damage was not repaired the first time, had to bring it back 3 times. I waited for 15 mins in the waiting room the 3rd time while someone was supposed to be replacing a part on my vehicle. Got it home and they didn't even fix the broken part!! Why bother calling me in twice to replace a part you had no intention of replacing. Maybe they didn't fix anything they were supposed to. I would not recommend them
