Great place to deal with, customer services is far better than anywhere I've been before. Loaner car for the wife when she drops it off for oil changes or warranty work and Dean the sales man always goes above and beyond to help us while taking calls after business hours.
Would definitely buy another vehicle here.

Poor customer service. Bought a scam of a 10 year rust protection warranty only to find out , apparently the mileage makes a difference to them if you haven't been to see them since your 5 year , 100k drivetrain expired. Not sure what mileage and rust have to do with one another. No rust manual given at time of sale. Just word of the saleperson. Rust after 6 years and no coverage now. Not to mention the bandaid recall , both Chrysler's and Racicot hope you don't keep your vehicle longer than 3 to 5 years. If there was a minus star , I would give -10.

leased a mini van for two years on returning the vehicle i was charged a disposition fee (cula) of 450.00 pure b.s. stay away from chrysler purchases or lease..talked to chris and gregpure waste of time

I have been shopping around for a vehicle ever since a client of mine suggested that I drive a North American vehicle. I spoke with Leo, and he made me feel like I should be purchasing this vehicle on the spot. I think the new Challenger is my next purchase.
