Terrible customer service when it comes to servicing or getting anything done with even warranty. They do not care for the customer as they just want to sell you a car and no look after you or make sure you are happey after you leave the parking lot. Would not buy again or let them service my car again.

Sneak in fees where they don't belong and don't communicate clearly on maintenance they do to your vehicle. Service told me the work being done would cost 45.26$ but charged me 485.26$. Never going there again!

Don't waste your time here. Terrible customer service in their sales department. They treat customers very poorly. Say one thing and do another - don't return calls or fulfill verbal commitments. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

I have only been here for one small service on my 04 Passat. The staff were courteous, and they also provided me a ride too and from work while my car was in the shop.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I dealt with a salesman who took a deposit over the phone from me for a vehicle. The manager left a message on my answering machine to say I had to contact them before 5:30. I did not get home until 9 PM and could not respond. The next day the manager said they would not honor my deposit. They sold the car one half hour before i was able to get to the dealership. The manager had every excuse for his behavior and was quite willing to throw his salesman under the bus. I felt it was very poor management not to support the sales person. They make the word of their staff mean nothing.

Amazing dealership, everything went very smooth and their employees go above and beyond. The only issue I had was that I was told I would receive free oil changes from them since I bought my car directly from there, but when I called to book an oil change I was told that only in America do customers receive free oil changes was a little disappointed. Most car dealerships offer free checks of fluids as well as oil changes, especially when someone buys a brand new car. Besides that the company is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with my vehicle.

The best dealer in Windsor for ANY brand. This place has taken care of me and my family better than any in my lifetime.
A trustworthy sales staff and top notch service.
