Don't go to Gus Revenburg! The service department had installed a new pcm/computer for me but did not install the right software or put in the proper vin# I got a bunch of engine code and my gas gauge read backwards. They also left the pcm unbolted and all the bolts sitting ontop of my battery. I called and they denied everything saying I'm sol. THIS WAS THE SERVICE MANAGER! After i had another mechanic look at it and bring it back to them they still denied everything but got rid of all the codes the gas gauge working right. I had another mechanic tune the PCM for me and found they still did nothing right. But he fixed it all for me. DO NOT GO TO GUS REVENBURG THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR AND LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE UNSAFE TO DRIVE.
Only place I would go for body work. Got rear ended and you would never know. Guys were courteous and fast!
I can honestly tell you that I have never had such a bad experience as I did with these clowns. My van has 30,000 Km and its in perfect condition. The A/C had a minor issue with it. I was charged $200 for a freon and dye to check for leaks without my permission. They found no leaks. Then I was told I had a defective compressor and pressure switch. That cost me another $1300. The A/C did the same thing as when I first took it in. I asked them if they could give me an answer as to what was wrong and they could not.
Very clean and bright dealership. Staff attempt to accommodate you and give you an estimate of time and cost if getting repairs or oil change. They do offer coffee while waiting. Waiting area is sufficient..both office chair seating and some pub style seating with phone chargers available. Large supply of new and pre-owned vehicles
Amazing experience. . Staff went above and beyond. ..thank you Aimee and Johnathan. . Love my new GMC
Always go above and beyond. So happy I purchased a car from a reputable dealership. All the workers are efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Won't go to another company!
Love my Terrain! Thank you Michael James! In for free oil change today.met Pat in service departmentvery informative and great service! Thank you!
Only been there once and it was for an oil change and to look around the lot. The female mechanic did not take the keys before we went to look around the lot. Only to chase us down in the lot and pretty much rip the keys out of my husband's hands. Happy she did that in front of the office window 😛
Had spoken to this gentlemen Vic Dunn about a issue I had on my vehicle that they fixed 2 years ago that had a 5 year warranty on the part. He wanted me to spend $120 for him to diagnose the part that has a 5 year warranty. While speaking to this man he was so rude he had the nerve to pick his phone up to talk to someone while we were having a conversation about golf. The only person he cares about is himself and talks as if he's better then you, so selfish. I will never have any service done here. In the end why would I spend 120$ to diagnose the problem when the part you can get for $150 and on top of that it was under warranty.
Always great service. I enjoy making a trip here.
Went in for an oil change. Fast service. Did not try to upsell. Going to bring my truck in for some more elaborate repairs. Will update when I do so
130 dollars to look at my car.
asked in a very tacky way if i "want to buy a new car!?'
service guy stank up the inside of my car.
I bought a new car there. The salesman was not too pushy, cared about our needs, and got the job done very quickly.
I have many new cars over the past 40 plus years using several area dealerships. Gus Revenberg family of dealerships is by far the most customer focused dealership that I have ever dealt with. I am very pleased with the way I have been treated by the sales staff, service staff and the management that I dealt with. I purchased my last 12 cars there without any surprises or disappointments, all positive.
