Hands down one of the best Salons in Vancouver. Vu is my fav stylist from there. He always knows what style is in trend and what would look good on me. That's probably because he has won many awards. Also he is such a doll and has so much energy. I become the typical girl who vents to her hairstylist when I'm with him. Also the salon is beautiful. The rest of the stylists are also super sweet and talented. Their pricing may be a bit more compared to regular salons but it is worth it!

I asked for a senior stylist when I booked with the receptionist and she assured me that I was booked with one. The receptionist was short and rude and treated me as if I wasn't worth her time.

When I arrived I was sadly disappointed with the costumer service and felt as if I was being judged.
When the stylist finally arrived I was plopped into the chair. They did not even listen to what I wanted and I left with a color that was way to warm. Plus on top of that I noticed the top of my hair was broken and melting off.
Lure salon Promises quality results but doesn't Actually follow through with quality results

I left with standard highlights, major breakage, And a huge bill. I don't recommend lure salon unless you are seeing the owners

Whenever I'm in the city, I go here first. The kindest staff with the utmost experience and skill I've ever found in a salon anywhere. The international calibre on hand is evident in the hands and creativeness at the apprentice level. The hair products available 💥💥💥

I had the worst experience and cut in this salon. I spent $120 plus a $10 tip for the worst cut I ever had in my life! It was extremely uneven, the salon also appeared to be dirty. I phoned to complain . They did not offer a refund but offered that the stylist would fix her mistakes . 😡

This Salon is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and so talented. Kimberly did a incredible job on my hair and she really knows what she is doing. My hair was a mess and I was super nervous about trying a different salon to fix it, but she talked with me and made me feel so much better about everything and then when I walked out I felt like a million dollars. I highly recommend her and this salon to everyone!
