service and food were fine. the prices a bit high. the venue is quite dark and the decoration is a bit pretentious for a sport bar.

Nice environment, friendly service. It's never too packed. It has good deals on drinks. Good place to relax and have a meal with friends.

Service was good. Attentive but not intrusive. Sent my salad back because lettuce was brown and wilty. Got a replacement and same problem and just left it at that. Prime rib is our go-to here. Very tender. Mash is infused with wasabi. Some like it and others don't. Direct competitor would be Earls and they have quality control issues too so no one is perfect. Overall 4 out of 5.

Didn't even get to try their food. Went in for lunch Sunday afternoon, waited around the lobby for 5 mins and left. Never saw a single person, could hear them in the kitchen and washing dishes etc. After a few minutes passed and still no one came out, we left and went to Joey's where we were welcomed the instant we walked In the door and had nothing but exceptional service and food. First impressions are important and unfortunately CHOP didn't even give us one face to face.

Chop never disappoints! After a few fails with the Keg, we decided to give Chop a try - and were pleasantly surprised. Wasabi infused mashed potatoes deserve a mention, and the steaks, of course! Just the other night I ordered my sirloin done medium rare Chicago style - it was cooked perfectly! Enjoyed every bite!

Great service even a trainee! Food tasty and wonderful especially the waiter had a good recommendations, wine good. Good match with top sirloin. Really good environment! Nice place to celebrate anniversary.

Food was great and server was friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly. Nice ambiance here and a mostly quiet dining experience. Only complaint was it took forever to get the check, but otherwise very good experience overall.

Great for happy hour then decided to stay for dinner. Food was fantastic. The prime rib is better than the KEG. Service was fantastic too. Best part was kids stayed at home.

Great food, and service. Lots of new menu items and choices for everybody whether you're going to for lunch or dinner. I love their private rooms they have for bigger groups too!

Had a great time. Been here a few times now. Read many mixed reviews so went a few times to see. Each time the good was perfect, drinks were great and not a problem with the service at all.
