One of the best seafood restaurants in Vancouver. The mango California roll is a great appetizer choice. The Mussels are also very good. This restaurant it's always busy, so reservations are definitely recommended.

Best brunch I have had in ages! The smoked meat in my breakfast hash was unbelievable! I almost wish I could have had a bowl of just that 😂 I don't know what they do to it but it's magical ❤ Loved the experience, loved the service, loved the breakfast! Thank you!

Great seafood, nice ambiance, good service. We love the Kusshi oyster and mussels. The lobster is a bit plain but fresh. Our waiter Ben is so attentive and took good care of us. I would have given 5-star if the lobster was better cooked.

***HAPPY HOUR DRINKS AND FOOD REVIEW ONLY***
My husband and 7 of his co-workers wanted to have some happy hour on Saturday, so here we are. 18% has to be slapped on for a "large group" (Frankly, there are no diff in service level in my opinion). The decor is nice, but because they left the door open, lots of flies are hovering around the food and drinks. We were were here at 3:30pm and his co-workers slowly show up. The hubs ordered a Cesar ($5) and it was too salty for my taste. I ordered a Cosmopolitan ($8) at 3:38pm and it was served at 3:42pm. It was supposed to be double shot, but I don't really taste the doubleIt is quite fruity.
Once everyone got here. We started ordering food. We ordered 12 Buck-a-shuck oysters at 4:02pm. The oysters got here at 4:45pm. We ordered crispy calamari and a glass of red wine at 4:38pm. The red wine arrived at 4:46pm; while the crispy calamari arrived at 4:41pm. The kitchen service level is too slow for me (and still charged with 18%sigh). The server we got is rather rough with taking away our plates and everything (reaching over without saying excuse me, for instance). Not sure if I will come back again.response / report this review -

Service was excellent! Food was good. Had the lobster omelette for Brunch. Would've liked more lobster instead of tiny bits though. Otherwise solid food overall.

Had tapas and wine on patio during happy hour. Good value. Good oysters. Lobster roll isn't that great. Great ambiance and very friendly service. I would come back to try the dinner menu and would come back for happy hour.

The staff are fun and very knowledgeable. The new happy hour menu has something for everyone and its a great introduction to their regular menu. Rumor is they will be serving brunch soon, I can't wait to see what Chef Mark and his talented team come up with. I just wish they has a better craft beer selection, with so many wonderful breweries around it is a shame they have nothing local on tap.

We loved our experience at Coast when we were there in April! We walked in and weren't sure we would be welcome with our toddler and the waitstaff and managers were amazing!!! They made her feel so special and offered to bring out her food first so she could start eating. THe food at Coast is out of this world good! Looking forward to our next trip to Vancouver to enjoy the Coast again!

I LOVE this place. I think it might just be one of my favourite restaurants in Vancouver. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I was there the other night with a friend and they accommodated us upstairs even though it was closed for an event they were preparing for , for the next day. They came to check on us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied, so much hospitality and the best customer service. Really enjoy the layout of the restaurant as well with the circular bar being right in the center. But, the reason I love this restaurant so much is because the service and food quality and taste is CONSISTENTLY amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and fun weekend dinner as it always gets crazy busy on weekends. The only negative is it's a little pricey for the portion size but it's so delicious that I wouldn't take a star away maybe just warn you in advance!

Went there yesterday for dine out Vancouver dinner.
Service was excellent.
Miso-Salmon chowder was too salty.
Entree was great, but the food portions were away too small. ( like kids meals )
Dessert was good.
Dinning space was too narrow and atmosphere was noisy.

I love every thing about Coast. Good atmosphere, Good service and great food. The food is defiantly not cheap but it is worth it. Coast is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or event. I have only been to coast once but I will be definitely coming back. I highly recommend coast if you like good food and seafood.
