A friend recommended that I try this place for haircuts. I've been coming back here ever since. Granted it's students practicing on your hair but they're really friendly, careful and thoughtful. They'd happily recommend you the best haircuts at no additional cost.
Then there are the friendly supervisors who're always there to ensure you get the best cut.
And it's $10 haircuts! Can't beat that price.

Had the instructor Ricardo come to van island for a class at the shop I work in. ridiculously amazing experience! So knowledgeable and offers a relaxed down to earth vibe!

I've been coming here for almost a year and I've always left with a great haircut. All the staff and friendly and helpful. 5/5 would recommend to everyone!

I have been coming here since I was 16 and it's been a decades now. The staff and the students are always helpful and courteous and friendly. I will continue to come here for hair coloring and I get excited which students I will get to encounter! Highly recommend!

The staff and students here are incredibly accommodating, warm, and friendly- I got my hair styled for two different prom occasions and both turned out amazing!

The man that cut my hair was totally an idiot , Colin I think if he owns a Baber shop in Nanaimo don't let him near your hair if you value it, he fucked my hair up and then tried to blame it on me! Me! And the teach minimized his screw up saying I can comb it the other side and use gel,, omg a teacher! I'm so upset don't ever go there if you want a good hair cut, you won't get a medeocer cut either just a screwed up hair cut that won't be able to be fixed for $1000.00 and the guy has a Baber shop in Nanaimo, stay away from that I'll get the name for you all. The school sucks! And the teacher is horrible,making exscuses and minimizing a persons feeling, she is cold hearted I'll tell you that,and the cutter should never touch a persons hair again! He is totally useless totally useless!
