Margie and the crew rock! With help from google reviews and a bit of a whim I went in for a haircut. To keep it short they were super stoked to have me in there and Margie gave me a kilelr haircut and even better anecdotes during the cut. If your looking for some skilled barbers/stylists and an atmosphere thats just like hanging out in Fez's basement from That 70's show, than this is your spot!

Been getting great haircuts from Helen for a couple of years. She gets how to cut guy's hair. Not a lot of fuss and I always walk out looking great. Fun atmosphere too!

Perfect haircut according to my girlfriend. What I really liked about the place was how nice the people are. I don't usually chat too much during haircuts but I couldn't stop laughing at the stories my hairdresser from Guatemala was telling me. Highly recommend this place!

I've been Jan's client since January 2014. My best friend recommended her and I'm glad I took his word on it. Since then I have never looked back. Every time I need to look fresh I am able to get an appointment with no issues. Jan and Jack The Modern Barbershop team know how to treat a client. 5/5, hands down.

I've been getting a hair cut with Helen for almost 3 years now and am very satisfied with the quality and service that I get.

I have very thick hair and before I went to Jack's I had difficulty with styling it, especially when it grew longer than 3 weeks ( i know most guys prefer to to get their haircut every two weeks). Helen is very skilled, after going back to Helen several times, I noticed that she was really able to learn how my hair works and found ways to kept my hair looking stylish and current. Sometimes she'll explain the style changes (what she did and why). I appreciate this because it shows the care she's taken.

Initially, I gave more direct instructions on how to cut it, but eventually grew to trust her skills and would trust her discretion. In some cases it would be big changes. Other times, it would be subtle yet very detailed changes.

As for the service, the Jack team is very easy to get along with. I always have fun conversations during my visits. Just like with any conversations, customers should be prepared to direct it to their own comfort level. Nonetheless, great people on the team!

I am very satisfied with Jack's and will continue to go there. I would recommend others to give it a try (at least a few visits to really find out if their hair cut style is a good fit).
