Right decision to go there. Did wonderful job on my daughters and my nails. Will definitely recommend. Julie as a owner is super nice and friendly.

I made an appointment here but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. My pedicure looked awful and i ended up going home and redoing them myself. My gel nails looked beautiful, but one nail lifted off about 5 days later. I went in to get it fixed but they refused to fix it. I won't be taking my business here again.

Ridiculous customer service. I booked an appointment for 4 people and we even confirmed the appointment. But when we got there, they denied that we even had one. Instead of apologizing, they made it out to be oh fault. Our commencement was the next day and we had to walk the stage with our busted ass nails. Very disappointed. We were looking forward to it so much :(

I've gotten my nails done at a number of places, but they've mostly been pretty sketchy and managed to hurt my hands. Today I went here with my best friend to get my first set of acrylics and this is definitely the best manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life!! I'm definitely going to be a regular here!

I always get great customer service here! So does my grandma and sister. Very good quality and friendly staff. I enjoy getting my nails done here and got my first pair of acrylics here. I recommend this nail place!

Worst customer service I have ever received. They did the worst job on my nails and didn't care that I was unhappy with the job. The girl doing my nails left halfway because they were overbooked and she had to help someone else. They told me I could come back another day after I had already spent two hours there. I told them I wouldn't ever be coming back and asked for a refund. The man that works there said they couldn't do anything, and because of "policy" they don't do refunds. He also said "they don't care if I ever come back there, and they don't want me back". This nail salon doesn't care about their customers, only the money.

I get my nails done regularly always acrylic. Ever since I moved to surrey I have been trying out different places to find my go to nail salon. It has been hard moving from my regular nail lady as they know exactly what style you like. I tried this place because my friend goes here regularly. First experience and I know that this is my favourite And will be going here from now on. Staff are so nice and genuine and actually have conversation with you. They have a great selection of colours & also offer waxing which is what I do aswell as getting my nails done. You can't beat their pricing with the type of good quality you receive. Thank you lush nail lounge! ❤️

They all do a wonderful job. All staff are super friendly and accommodating if you call with short notice. A little more expensive than other places in the area, but worth every penny! Ask for Kim she's awesome
