  Terrible service and even worse quality.
  My step mom recently went through chemo and purchased a wig through west coast wigs. The owner was super nice on the first visit and when she arranged to come back to have her hair shaved off and wig fitted the owner couldn't have had the time of day for her super sad that this woman had no compassion or empathy for what my step mom was going through that day.
  Not to mention she was under the impression that the wig she paid $800+ dollars for would be real hair. Being a hairdresser myself I can tell you I am 100% sure that the wig sold to her was NOT real hair and is definitely synthetic hair.
  You can barely brush the wig it looks like a mess. My step mom has lost all her facial hair now and feels most comfortable wearing a wig which I can totally understand as a women. However she can barely stand to wear it for a few hours because it's too large and also super itchy

  Linda is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding about a variety of health issues that may result in hair loss. As someone who recently found myself in need of a wig I was a bit bewildered and unsure of what to do or to expect with the purchase.
  
  Linda put me (and my mom!) at ease and helped me find the perfect product. In the end I had a beautiful wig that fits well, looks good and I feel confident will hold up, allowing me to focus on getting better, without adding the stress of dealing with my loss.
  
  I really appreciated the service I received from Linda and highly recommend her and her boutique for anyone in need of a quality product.
  
  It's a crappy situation to be in, but Linda's attitude and knowledge will help make the situation significantly less daunting.

  I have been slowly loosing my hair for a long time. Last December when I could no longer hide the bald patches, I searched for a wig specialist. Lucky me, the first one on the google list was West Coast Wigs.
  Lynn has been so caring, understanding. I got my first hair piece by Christmas, then I went back a few months later to get a second style. All nature hair, matches my own including my own highlights. And she is there after the sale if you need help say with styling. My hair piece is cooler than a wig, and most important so natural looking,
  Thanks Lynn see you in the fall to get my full wig for super bad hair days and don't want to use a baseball cap!!!

  I wanted to thank Lynda Smith, West Coast Wigs, for her kind and compassionate solution to my hair loss. The hairpiece she provided is of excellent quality and so easy to use daily. The cool thing is it has been custom designed for me and no one ever knows I am wearing a hair piece. It is like a dream come true!

  i suffer from total hair loss (im a woman) and i went to west coast wigs because of the prices. i wish so much that i had found out more about it first. the customer service was horrible. lynda gave me whati thought was a great wig but iterally ten minutes after walking out of the salon it started to turn into a matted mess i brushed it off but i should of gone back right away. after going home i realized the entire wig had severe slit ends and matting at the crown. when i brought it back lynda claimed it wasnt her problem and refused a refund or even a replacement. as someone who cant afford the price of a good wig and had to save up for months i left crying feeling completely taken advantage of. i now understand why she is not recommended by the BC cancer association.
