worst experience evershe washed my hair with cold water. After the wash I told her exactly what I want and also showed her a picture, but she seems like she had no idea how to cut it, then she started to get very impatient and upset, what really surprised me was that she pushed my head very hard while blow dry. She did not finish my hair and the haircut took about 10 mins. will not recommend this place

Though I don't require haircuts anymore, while waiting for my friend I was made to feel very welcome and the WiFi password was quickly shared with me. The staff are super-friendly and courteous.

I've been to Misako Metrotown for a few years now. Emi is great - she's very professional, patient, knowledgable, and very easy to communicate. You can tell that she likes what she's doing, which is probably why she does her job so well. I recommended Emi to a couple of friends (guy and girl) and they both like her very much.

Their price is not the cheapest, but I think it's fair for the level of service you are receiving. For me, spending some money on a good haircut is more worth than spending that on cloths. Overall all staff at their place seems to be very polite and professional.

The good hairstylists are gone. The service is pretty bad now. while i was having haircut , my stylistist ran away to pick up phone calls , talked to others ppl. Y they don't have a receptionist ? I wonder .

Hairdresser was decent but way too quick, some of the staff are rude which makes for a poor experience. For the price you pay would rather go elsewhere. Around $50 for a cut but feels like a place where they should charge $15.

staff were nice but really over priced for the quality of service. didn'teven finish my hair enough, off hairs are all over my face, also made few cutting mistake which i found out back home.

I only came once a couple years ago. This place was a little outside of my student budget, but the haircut and style I got here was one of my favourites that I ever got. The people here are all Japanese and speak little English, but the service is great. I paid around $60 for a cut and style, medium length hair.

After she is done she asked me if it's short enough. I asked to cut a bit more, but she refused. Why bothered to ask? She probably doesnt even understand what she said.

Yuki does a great job with my hair. Affordable with talented and friendly staff. Japanese stylists are the best and I'm so happy to have found such a great salon in burnaby.
