Been going here for over five years. Staff is friendly. Misato is the only hairdresser I have tried but she is very friendly and works with you to create a personal style. The coffee, head massage make it feel closer to a spa experience. Enjoy going here!

Very pricey for a haircut despite how simple or complicated it was. Perhaps, price depends on the staff. Regardless, I do like the skincare selection there.

Excellent service with very skilled stylists. All stylists appear talented, but ARISA has become my go-to; she's excellent, kind and stylish. I would recommend this salon to anyone - it even has parking.

My boyfriend and I both like Misato the best. She is very professional and understand our needs. She listens :)
Your haircut will start off with a wash. She washes your hair using the shampoo that is best for you (as they do have many). When she cuts your hair, she often chats with you so she understands if she needs to improvise. After drying your hair, if you still require adjustments, she's willing to do and repeat the last 2 steps again.
It can be a little expensive for the hair cut approx. $55 but worth it. You'll be walking out with style.response / report this review -

I went to Muse Hair Salon for a haircut and color correction from full purple to ombre purple. I have very thick asian hair, which is also frizzy and difficult to manage. My stylist, Sally, was able to soften the effect of the purple and give me a pretty haircut, exactly the one I asked her for without cutting too much hair. If you usually feel nervous about changing your hairstyle, I highly recommend her since she will exhaustively explain you every step of the process.

Sally is my girl! My sister referred me so I got 10% off my first haircut and colour. Sally is awesome - she listens and she's very easy to talk to. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I left the salon very happy. They have a beautiful salon filled great, friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back! :)

I love this salon! I've been coming for about a year now, and I'm so happy I keep coming back. Tomomi is amazing, and definitely the best stylist I've seen in a very long time. She's so good, I've even bright my 3 year old in, and convinced my husband to see her as well (he's hard to please, but even he was so happy when he left).

Informative! Engaging! and -Considerate- They listen to what you're looking for and are reassuring. I had Sally. She must have picked up that I was a little nervous because I was going to chop off a good 12" of hair. She sat with me and thought about styles of bob and then asked about colours! My hair turned out amazing! Everyone's friendly. Caring. Sweet. Not pushy in the slightest. And I even had the pleasure of having an upset customer beside me. Her hair dresser listened to her concerns and took care of everything. 10/10!

So my hair is naturally very very curly and fizzy. My chance of having a nice hair out in vancouver is under 0. So decided to get Japanese straightening. My hair strands are super thin. So Sally did my Japanese straightening and i came home and it went alllllll curly. Long story short poor Sally worked on my hair every week almost. She went wayyyyyy out of her way to fix my hair. Even last time I was there she was not willing to give up on me, but i found it so unfair to her for the time she puts in. The best of all is her attitude. Not once the warm smile left her face. She cared so much and even dough she is young,she knows exactly what she is doing. If i go back again its definitely because of her. I am willing to travel 1 and a half hour just because of her awesome personality and professional work she does. And you see the love in her face. I strongly recommend you to see her.
