Good venue for conferences and events. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent, and so are the facilities. The parking lot could be better lit, and sometimes events have only a wall of separation.

I was there twice in 1 week, 1st for a conference and 2nd for a wedding. The Surrey room is beautiful and worked really well for both events. On both occasions the food was amazing and all of the staff were exceptional! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great event experience!

Great spot as they have something for everybody!! The rooms are up to date and incredibly comfortable. The heated outdoor pool & hot tub feels like a spa getaway / not to mention the steam room! Always a pleasant experience. Great service & food at the dining lounge.

I spent a night here for a wedding.
There was ample parking, the venue was beautiful, decent sized pool, and the hotel staff are very polite and helpful.
The room itself was spacious however the bathroom was on the smaller side. Nothing appeared dirty but you can tell that everything has been around for a while.
The breakfast buffet was okay (good bacon but the egg selection was limited to just scrambled).response / report this review -

Great restaurant with a beautiful buffet breakfast. Lots of selection & fabulous staff who give high quality service and pay attention to details. It was my friend's birthday and they surprised both of us by bringing her out a little coconut cream cake! Delicious & beautiful. Superb service! We will be going there again.

Not a bad place to spend the night for a wedding and the rates were affordable. Sufficient parking for guests. The room u had felt small. Overall the room was clean and the stay was enjoyable. Staff were courteous and helpful when needed.

Good: very modern, upgraded rooms, comfy beds, pillows, nice design. Lovely parrots in the lobby, our baby loved that. Quiet rooms, even tough we were close to the elevator we were never disturbed with noise.
Bad: pee on the toilet seat upon check in and lots and lots of hair allover the washroom; I know hair happens, but that made us feel like we were staying at the low grade motel.
Breakfast was included with our room rate, but only for 2 adults. We had to pay extra for the third person. Quality of breakfast: not bad.
Pool is a great addition, however, we didn't use it due to the same cleanliness issue - could see lots of hair in the water, even though there were no people in the pool at the time.

Great wedding venue for the most part. The wedding also had 6 noise complaints when there was a DJ and it was over by midnight. We stayed at the hotel and were told we need to pay for 2 rooms because of noise complaints at 4am. I was asleep by midnight. Without authorization they think they can charge 2 rooms. Because the lady next door complained. They think we should pay for her room when we were asleep long before then And the women were incredibly rude at the front desk. And they apparently don't have a manager here. At a hotel on the weekend. I am incredibly disappointed with the carriage house. And would not recommend to anyone.

The venue there was very nice. Large hall with projector and podium that you can use for the presentation. Sound from presenter can be heard easily. The food was very well made too. We had breaded chicken breasts and steaks.

I live out of town so me and my wife stayed here since we were attending a social gathering nearby. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Lots of nearby amenities. Id definitely recommend staying at the carriage house.

I was at the carriage house inn for a wedding ceremony and reception. The halls were well decorated and while some fixtures were a little dated, the staff and service was excellent. The dance floor was absolutely beautiful and a pleasure to dance on. The bathrooms were nicely renovated and clean. A very pleasant experience overall.

I was at the hotel for a gala event. This was my second time staying at the hotel. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff we met were very personable and friendly. My only complaint would be the dinner at the gala - though it looked delicious and was played beautifully, it wasn't quite as delicious as I'd hoped. The salad had no dressing, the vegetables in my main dish were overcooked and bland, and the dessert was just odd. Overall a positive experience and a great night, but we did go to Wendy's after the gala. The breakfast buffet would have been a nice idea, but it closed at 10am (we were only just packing our bags to check out.) I'd suggest on weekends this be extended to 11am to match check-out time.
