Very small staff but good service. Lots of products on the shelves and had my brakes in stock - don't have places like this in Alberta.

STAFF SEEMS TO LACK EXPERTICE, WE CALLED ABOUT A PART REQUIRED AND THE INDIVIDUAL ANSWERED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP US, THE ISSUE WAS THEY DIDNT ASK FOR ALL THE INFORMATION. WE CALLED THE NAPA STORE AND RECIEVED THE PART, WE WERE MADE TO FEEL LIKE WE WERE A BOTHER TO THE LADY WORKING THERE. TO SUCCEED BUSINESS NEEDS CUSTOMERS, MAYBE THIS BRANCH DOESNT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS, OR MAYBE THEY REQUIRE TRAINING, ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND HOW TO FIND PARTS.

I blew a fuse in my car. No one in town had the right fuse, including the dealership. The gentleman at Lordco went above and beyond while assisting me to get my car back on the road. You should be proud of how my situation was handled.

If you need parts for your car or otherwise or accessories good place to go. Chain store that varies in size of location in each town but ability to order in what you may need. Prices are fair.
