Bob and the crew were super courteous and very accomodating as they repaired my bent driver front rim after hitting a large pothole! They had me back on the road in under an hour and we continued our trip safely to Vernon.
Thank you Bob and the Excel crew!response / report this review -

Incredible service! Down to earth, honest, "tell you how it is" type of place. Had a friend suggest going here but I was blown away by how great the team was. Bob and the crew are excellent.

These guys were amazing! I hit a rock on Highway 1 on my way home to Edmonton and needed a new rim. My car needs a specific type of rim and they were able to track one down for me from Chilliwack. They had it shipped up to the shop and it arrived the next morning. Bob even drove myself and my kids to the hotel where we ended up needing to stay for the night and was able to calm my nerves and put me at ease. I was on the road the next day thanks to them and I was so impressed with their friendliness and great service. Would definitely recommend them!

My battery died in the parking lot, and the staff at Excel helped me test, diagnose, and replace the battery on the spot, despite how busy they were. Super helpful!

Driving from Vancouver to Canmore and had a major wheel issue. They stayed after closing and helped us from a major problem. Fit us in on a full Saturday so we could get home. Jay, Jeremy, Bob and Dave were outstanding and very helpful. Thanks Guys!

Jay went above and beyond. Once I realized my tire was damaged while traveling to Calgary, Jay worked like a dog to find the same tires that were already on my car. While Jay could not provide the same make/tire he found a very respectable alternative and made sure they were shipped to Revelstoke ASAP. Within 24 hours we were back on the highway. Not only did Jay get me tires, he listed all the places in town that would take dogs, and offered to store our perishables in his fridge/freezer until we were back on the road. Everyone at Excel from Jay, to Brad, and Jeremy was excellent. It is great to be treated like a long time customer. Thanks Jay!

Needed winter tires to make it up the big hill on my way to Alberta. These guys were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced.

After sicamous on the highway 1 I blew a tire. Fortunately I had a run flat on my BMW. As soon as I got to Revy I called the shop and was pleased to talk to I believe his name was Jon. Within an hour I was back on the road and made it to calgary before midnight. Without the fast action of this shop I would have had my trip delayed at least a day. They even educated me on my remaining tires and how to assess the tread. GO TO THESE GUYS! THEY CARE!

The friendly staff saved us, we hit a nail outside Salmon Arm and rolled into town with a very flat tire and they had us in and fixed within an hour and they were short staffed. So impressed! Thank you so much for saving us!

These guys are the best! I hit a snow bank before getting to town, and had been towed out but my car wasn't driving straight. I called everyone in town and no one could help until I asked these guys. They took me in right away, checked the damage and found that the tow truck caused the damage! They didn't stop therethey tracked down the driver for me and were able to negotiate with him to pay for my broken parts.

These fellas are angels, from top down.
Probably the most efficient, kind and considerate car shop I've ever visited..
Had a flat on our trip from Ontario and within 20 mins we were in/out with the best/cheapest option possible.. not to mention they also had Plans B - F in mind and ready to rock.. just in case.
More than forthcoming, and more than welcoming.
An absolute pleasure and made a stressful situation something laughable with their humility and humor, along with their super speed and genuinity.
Incredibly well done good sirs!!response / report this review
