We both ordered short ribs. False advertising, there was only one 4-5 oz piece of meat and it was not a rib, let alone "RIBS" plural. That piece of meat was stringy, dry and nothing like a short rib that comes with a bone and fatty tissue that gives the meat flavor. Service was somewhat less than average. They need to add hearing care to their medical plan. I will rely on Yelp in the future if this is the best restaurant in Revelstoke according to TA

Ate here last night passing through Revelstoke, but I wish I could have stayed another night to eat there again! Atmosphere is cozy, and homely, good music, staff were lovely, and the food was so great! I would definitely recommend the kale salad!

One of the best meals (apps: baked Brie, seasoned pasta cappelletti; Beef ravioli) I have ever eaten. The fruit parfait was so wonderful I scraped the glass completely clean.
My wife had the poached pear it was made with fresh fruit and she loved it.

Great place! We arrived late at the Revelstoke Inn. After trying to go to one of the local pubs, which was closed, we found ourselves at the Woolsey Creek Bistro. The kitchen was closing soon, but the host must have sensed my hunger and exhaustion. She was very kind, and so was our wonderful server. They did not rush us. They were helpful and kind. The food came quickly and it was delicious. I had the tomatoe chipotle soup, and squash capaletti. My husband had the salmon, which looked amazing. Our server sensed that my soup was too spicy and offered to make me something else from the kitchen. I chose to stick with the soup for although it was hot it was delicious. This is such a great place to go in the heart of Revelstoke. It's a bit upscale but they do not look down on you if you go in with a hoodie on (I know, it was what we were wearing ;-)) This was the last stop on our west coast honeymoon and we do not regret it.

I'm not sure if I want to write an amazing review or a terrible review BECAUSE if I write a terrible review then nobody will come here and my wife and I will always get a table!

But in all honesty This place is such a Revelstoke Gem. The food was absolutely amazing and Kendal was an amazing server. She had such a great attitude and was very quick to notice low drinks and anything we needed right away.

5 of 5 stars from my wife and I on our 1 year anniversary!

We will definitely be visiting you again when we are in Revelstoke next. Thanks for making our 1 year anniversary dinner such a joy. :)

Very nice place to eat. The food was delicious. Some of the sitting places are really cosy which we also got luckily. Staff was very friendly. Would easily recommend for a good dinner.

Rated number 1 on trip advisor. Was pretty good. I had the jambalaya and the rice was crunchy.

Excellent food with a variety of menu choices. Prices are fair and service is quite good. Can be a bit noisy. Overall is a very nice place for dinner out; would recommend.
