Cute campground very tidy and well cared for. Usually quiet lots of sites but they book up quickly so don't hesitate to make reservations. Close to town! Recently updated there electrical to help serve there customers better.

Had a beautiful tent site underneath a tree. First 3 tent sites are very small but luckily I had a bigger one. Friendly staff.

Amazing little place, be sure to book ahead. Clean and tidy sites. They have clean showers and washer and dryers. Neat little kids play place as well.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, went out of their way to help us. space in between vehicles was pretty decent, washrooms were nice, laundry room was good! Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper due to it being so close to the train tracks! Other from that one thing that obviously cannot be changed it was great.

Overall decent campground. Bathrooms are dated, showers $1.00 for 5 minutes. Wifi is excellent. Sites are kind of tight but manageable. There is a lot of train noise but you are very close to town. Laundry is very small and some machines are broken. The staff was nice and helpful. We stayed here in a class B rv. Would stay here again. I definitely like the fact that the new owners take the time to read these reviews and comment on ALL reviews not just the good ones.

I'm totally mystified by the positive reviews of this campground.
We stayed two nights, paid for on arrival. While were initially concerned with how crammed together the sites were, this turned out to be the least of our worries.
We were never informed by the owners of any noise issues related to the passing trains or CPR-related construction, both of which they are clearly aware based on their responses to previous reviews.
As such, on the first night we were unprepared to absorb the cacaphony of construction noise that filled our tent at 2am and continued for approximately one hour. In addition, trains passed throughout the night, brakes squealing as they slowed into town, making a good night's sleep the impossible dream. This was an issue for both my husband and I, who were in a tent, as well as our friends, who were in a trailer.
On the second night, we got wise and purchased earplugs, which did not prevent us from being awoken by the annoyingly punctual 2am construction, but made it easier to sleep through most of the passing trains.
Had we been informed of the noise issues prior to, or at, check in, we would have at least had the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether or not we would stay and how we would manage the noise throughout our stay.
As an additional assault on our senses, both mornings our tent filled with the smell of raw sewage at approximately the same time. As far as we could tell, it was related to the trailers/motor homes dumping their tanks. It was staggering.
Ultimately, this campground may be a great place to park your sound-proof house-on-wheels for the night, but if you are in a tent and this is the last place in town, keep driving.response / report this review -

Alright camp ground, more or so just a camp ground to park at for a night or two before you carry on with your trip. Btw it's surround by a mine or big construction pit so you hear trucks going all night and to top it off your pretty much next to the train, so if your a light sleeper don't bother. Overall like I said, if you can deal with the nose, it's a pull in pull out kinda camp ground.

This is a great place to stay it is well maintained and clean. There are lots of trees for shade and it feels welcoming. It is within walking distance of downtown Revelstoke which is great to check out the activities there. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The new owners are very accommodating and helpful. The grounds are nice and in easy walking or biking distance to downtown. Also nice is the paved dike that runs along the river and starts about 50 meters from the campground. Price is reasonable too.

When at the Office, we were trying to be friendly and asked 'is it always this rainy here?' and the woman Responded with An attitude 'i don't think there is a Place where it's always raining'. Fine, great start of our stay. If you're not into social interaction or conversation just don't run a campground.
Anyway, the bathrooms were clean, but had coin operated showers (1cad for 5min) but they worked really great.
The train at night was loud.
Our site was under a tree with Red berries, wich were falling on the roof of our car like Every 5 seconds.
The cookshak is great. A Place to stay or cook when it was raining.
The wifi worked great.

Beautiful scenery and great amenities. Unless you're a heavy sleeper, you will not get much shut eye. Between the secondary highway that borders the tree line and the trains that sound like they're going to come thru your campsiteit is very noisy at night.

Neat and tidy! This campground was a treat to stay in. Amenities include washrooms, showers and laundry. The area is well kept. We'd stay hee again for sure.

Great little stop. Beautiful scenery!! Free WiFi is an added bonus! Campsites are extremely close together but great spot for a quick stop.
