Access to the park is convenient to the highway, however, it is narrow road that winds down to the park and can be problematic if you are driving a big rig and encounter another coming the other way. The sites are close to each other and level for the most part. Internet service is at the office only, and you are down low in the valley so reception can be a problem too. For the quality of the park I found it overpriced. We stayed in a Motorhome.

This campground is exceptional!
The grounds themselves were fairly level and noise level was at a minimum.
The bathrooms were superb compared to many other campgrounds I have visited and a laudry mat?! WOW
That place blew me away.
They even had a little petting Zoo with the option to buy treats for the goats and bunnies!

Their option for self check-ins over the phone or online made it very convenient for my girlfriend and I to check-in while we were on the road. Complete with a package containing a map of the campground, site information and a receipt.
This place is BY FAR the best canpground I have stayed in.

Not a bad place to stay. Decent pool quiet. Full hook up sites available. Not super private but it's not noticeable. The train does run behind but the noise was not a bother to us. Friendly staff and an outdoor movie night!

Only good thing about this campsite was its location. If you are put in the campsite down the hill there is no washroom or shower so you have to walk a significant distance up a hill to use the closest ones. The washrooms and showers were also very dirty. Everything needed a deep clean and a upgrade.

Had a pretty good time, it was nice, fairly quiet (we were the loud ones), and few bugs. Maybe a tad dusty but they did what they could to keep it down. Had a fire ban on propane fire pits and said it was a city wide ban, which turned out to be false.

Surprising nice campground as far as private ones go. It has mature trees and pull through sites are spaced far enough apart that there is room for fired pit between trailers. It has lots of kid amenities like pool, 2 playground and the essentials like laundry and store. The negatives of this campground are that you can hear highway and train.

I really enjoyed my time at Revelstoke Campground. It is reasonably priced, and a short commute to many beautiful areas - Glacier National Park, Shuswap lakes, and of course Revelstoke National Park.

The campground itself is well maintained. Our campsite was a good size, with a good sized fire pit and some tree cover. Tire rims are used for fire pits, and we did notice that some of the rims were really tiny - only about a foot in diameter.

The washrooms were clean and free hot showers were a huge bonus. However, in both the male and female washrooms, some stalls do not lock. It led to some awkward situations for sure, and was a little uncomfortable.

As for noise, although it was occasionally loud with the highway and the railroad nearby, we had no problem sleeping through the night. The noise would not deter me from staying here again.

Also they have ducklings and they're real cute.

Loved the cabin during my stay. Very affordable for 10 days. Only down fall was the laundry service during winter months. The lady at the office would do it for you though if you needed.

One night stay. Check in was pleasant. I liked the pull through campsite. Water, electrical and sewer available. Nice wilderness setting. Too bad we didn't have more time to explore.

Will not be going back to this campground. We were put in the lower level area and none of the sites are gravelled. It had been raining before we came and our site was a mud pit. There was also no water pressure after 9am and when i complained about this she said she hadnt heard of the issue before. Also it is not very safe. Their garbage bins are just a fenced in area which attracted a black bear to the area. The pool is advertised as heated which its not.

Last minute road trip ended up in Revelstoke. We were lucky enough to get their last tent site. The ladies working were wonderful, gave us awesome directions and some great tips to make our adventure on the pipe coaster a breeze. They had a movie going when we arrived and the pool and duck pond were great. Will have to stop by again when we have more time and can bring the whole family to enjoy it.

Nice campground. Enjoyed the ice cream social and the evening movie. The site we were in was so small we couldn't open our awning without hitting a tree. No picnic table or room for ground sheet because of size too. Lots of bears, but park staff didn't seem to concerned.
