Fantastic location -- easily within walking distance of the main Street. Great staff! I really appreciated how they made sure they greeted you in the morning with a friendly "good morning!" The amenities were up-to-date and my room was clean and well cared for. Attended a conference at the hotel and would recommend this hotel for future conferences. I say, "Well done!" to the management.

Downtown location puts you in the middle of the action. Beds are comfortable and most of the service good. My wife had an issue in one of the restaurants, waiting over 30 minutes for service with only 3 tables occupied. Overall, you get what you should expect from a 3 star hotel.

Typical double queen room, nice bathroom updates. Nice view of the mountains. Steam room was great with eucalyptus. Conference space was good. Crave restaurant and service was great

Better than I thought. Staff is great! It was my son's birthday and the staff gave him a stuffed animal then gave one to his older brother too. Room was nice and the pool, hot tub, jacuzzi are nice.

Good location in Banff. Close to the main drag and everything is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Rooms were okay as it's an older hotel with old bedding but newer pillows. Nothing fancy. My only complaint is that the room was not properly cleaned before us. My boy who was crawling found old pieces of sasuage from a pizza by the bed and under the chair. Almost put it in his mouth. Gross. Restaurant there has a decent breakfast buffet. Location is also close to grocery store. Also included is underground parking which is a bonus. Would stay again though.

Well rounded wine list and fantastic menu with a lil bit of everything for everyone. This steakhouse has an awesome atmosphere with attentive staff. My steak was prepared perfectly and the beer paired nicely.

Very nice experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, I was there for 2 nights had the best time here, great food and friendly staff. Pool was awesome , I would like to come back here!

This hotel is a great place to stay in Banff, and only a few blocks away from the main strip, and right next to a good walking area. There is a swimming pool here, which is also nice. Great place overall

Banff Park Lodge surpassed my expectations. It is a beautiful hotel with shops and is right downtown near great food and shops. The hotel rooms are large and spacious. We ate the breakfast buffet which was amazing and had so many options. This is a great destination for families with kids and we loved the pool. Also the hotel room balconies have amazing views of the mountains and the beautiful town.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. Right near the river, Tim Hortons, and main street which has everything a person could need. Pool was closed for service during our stay. Otherwise would have been 5/5. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

The service was good, but there are definitely signs that need the hotel needs to be up kept. Duct tape holding up the soap dispenser in the pool, twice we had to tell the desk about things that needed attention (poop in the pool and a public bathroom stall that needed dire attention). However the pool area was more updated than I thought, and the rooms are well spaced.

I had a very lovely stay at the Banff Park Lodge at the end of February. I was booked in one room for the first night, and a second room for the following three nights. Thomas at the front counter was able to book my second room right across the hall from the first, and had the housekeeping staff move my luggage over from one room to the next while I was out snowboarding. The staff was very courteous and personable throughout my stay. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

After staying at almost every hotel in Banff this is the best hands down less the big 5 Star hotels. Super clean and friendly staff. Dining is great especially the Friday night seafood buffet. Great place to hold and size conference as well. Picture is of the mountains from our room. Only shortfall was the fairness room was small inadequate.
